The apartment was very clean and spacious especially having 3 bedrooms with its own bathroom was fantastic. Locations was pretty handle to get to Bukit Bitang. Credit to the person in charge (Masud), he’s service was excellent and he’s very helpful.

The manager was very courteous and helpful. Efficient in helping to rectify the problems during our stay. The environment is pleasant and up to our expectations. Mr Andrew is also prompt in his replies. Would look forward to stay here again.

Cute little Duckie

We had a very pleasant stay. There’s a cute little yellow duckie on the sofa when we first enter the unit! And very nice view of city from our windows. Shopping mall is just 5 minutes from our apartment. Great service by tenant, all facilities were complete & good to use.

3ベッドルームがあり、各部屋にトイレシャワーがあって感動。 決して建物は新しくないですが、清潔で非常に快適に過ごせました。ドラム式洗濯機がありましたが乾燥はイマイチ。干す用のラックがあるのでそこに干して天井ファン全開で出かければ帰るまでには乾くから大丈夫。 歩いて3分のところにコンビニもあります(10時で閉店)。もう2分も歩くと24hのセブンイレブンもあります。また徒歩3分のところにVistana Cornerというローカルレストランがあります。300円も有れば十分にお腹いっぱいマレー料理とインド料理が食べられます。 ５階にあるプールは夜10時まで入れます。サウナもあり、結構立派なジムもあります。 クアラルンプール国際空港からはgrabで1hくらいかかります。高速を使いますが高速代入れても3300円(110RM )くらいです。 またリピートしたいです。

room, comfortable and good. wall is a little thin, so sometimes we hear neighbor's talk. and the road around the aprtment is under construction, so it is a bit tough to walk to the apartment with wheelie bag. however, despite all such points, the apartment is nice place :)

비교적 깨끗하고 방 하나에 화장실이 모두 구비되어 있어 편리합니다. 세탁기도 있네요. 물론 사용하진 않았지만. 관리인도 상당히 친절합니다. 다만 주변이 그리 깨끗하진 않고 화장실에 작은 벌레들이 가끔 보입니다. 그게 단점. 가성비는 만족합니다.

Круто отдохнули

Очень хорошая квартира со всем необходимым. Есть кухня, стиралка, плита, микроволновка, и даже стиральный порошок. Переехал из соседнего гораздо более престижного Swiss Garden, и не прогадал. Здесь квартиры лучше, сервис есть, полноценные спальни а не закутки без окон и дверей. Единственный минус это бассейн. В него иногда бросают что-то из окон и он на северной стороне. Солнце только после обеда. Ну и железная дорога под боком. Если открытые окна то слышно.
