The area the property was located in wasn’t the best and although we walked from the hotel to the mall - we wouldn’t recommend. In further review the area is fairly high crime and we were confronted by a man who exposed himself to us in the street…….would not stay here again.

Conveniently located but poor quality. Wait time for the lift and business of the lobby area was a big negative. Check out process was convoluted. Good for a quick stopover, less for a longer term stay.

The apartment is one of a kind with an infinity swimming pool, gym, laundry area, very safe place and friendly staff. Very near to NU Sentral transport hub where you can grab a train to anywhere you want to go. I highly recommended the place.

We loved our stay. Clean and comfortable apartment. All suitable amenities available in flat, great communal pool, gym and co-working area that was free to use. Host very timely with communication and friendly (using their WhatsApp). Would definitely recommend and we would 100% come back here again if we end up returning to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you :)

Room is nice and pool is awesome . Problem is booking system . By guestonic , check is system is different so it’s little bit problem . Need to ask staff to get key and pay deposit . Check out , staff came around 10:30am so if you need to check out early in the morning , you need to negotiate but they didn’t reply WhatsApp messages.

The staff is very kind. But it took me 30 minutes to get to the room on the 35th floor. There are too few elevators. There was a smell of sewage in the room. Cockroaches came out of the kitchen saying hello. The sheets were not clean. Air conditioning works well. It's complicated to recommend.

Great place to stay!!

It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.
