A rather disappointing experience at Pullman. We booked a regular 2-bedroom apartment (not specifically the family one) for our family. The arrival, lobby and check-in was great. But entering the room, the carpet throughout felt very moist and moldy. The apartment was very spacious, 2 bedroom with ensuite and an extra bathroom. A dining table, living room and office space. Space was good. But the cleanliness was lacking. And when you travel with a young kid (2 yo), this is rather important. There were hair in the sink as if someone just shaved. And the kitchen felt dirty. We saw 2 cockroaches and one dead. Buggers on the wall. Couldn't believe it. Location is fantastic, breakfast was okay. But we will not be back sadly due to the cleanliness of the place.

Breakfast was excellent with many options from variety of cultures. Staff generally good and attentive. Room was clean - probably 90% clean (felt some bits were missed). Overall convenient and we had a great stay.

This hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants Great staff. Particularly, Ikram (porter/greeter) was very helpful in getting us Grab to leave during road closure and traffic was at a standstill. He got on the phone and talked to driver for us and made sure we were able to secure a ride. Such a big help on a chaotic day!
