It’s is a nice property front desk does not get there until 3pm and if you have an early morning checkout. Let them know in advance because there is no one at the reception desk until 7-9am. Also you have to go to the reception desk to let them know if you need your room clean

the staffs are very good and understanding, easy to communicate with..had a few issues with my bank and wasn’t able to make bond deposit when checked in so they still allowed us to stay and enjoy our short stay then fix the issues later.we had a lovely time and will definitely book at this place again.

The check in was rather lacking in a clear point of contact. It also didn't have any flexibility. The 3pm check-in time is extremely rough after flying for over 30 hours and arriving at 8am. The waiting area had zero restrooms. No complementary water, coffee, tea or anything other than chairs to wait for a mass check-in. Customer care needs to show up again in lodging...
