Business Trip to KL

1 day stay on a business trip to KL. Hitel is pretty much what you expect from an IBIS. The rooms were clean an in Good condition and comfortable. Arrived at a late flight and despite there being 2 staff on took ages to be acknowledged. In fairness to the gentleman who served me he was on the phone but the lady who was also there could have looked up from her phone every once in a while. Other than this annoyance my stay was good overall.

The hotel was quite good but the road going to the hotel was not. This is due to a lot of construction going around the hotel. Quite a number of pot hole on the road. Otherwise, the hotel per se is quite good

The staff at reception and cafe were very friendly and helpful, great choice of breakfast menu and rooms were clean and well maintained. Reception area is well designed for guests waiting for pickup including a private bar area for meetings with clients or old friends. Definitely on my list for next time.

The bathroom door is installed in such a way that only a small opening is allowed for guests to go in. A big-sized guest may not fit in. Security guard was being strict for parking outside for a few minutes when I wanted to help my aunt check in, which was annoying.
