Rooftop pool and bar area is great. As was the staff there. Ground floor ranged from very good to indifferent depending who was on duty. Wifi was hard to access and inconsistent. And eventually went completely off line and staff no help to get reconnected. No tour desk or help to arrange tourist outings. Could not store our bags for a trip away to visit the highlands. Said was no facility to do so even though we were returning in a few days. Overall ok but a bit less than I had expected from a hotel carrying the Hilton name.

Overall the stay was decent or a little below a Hilton's expected standard. The lifts to the rooms are slow and leaves the passengers the feeling it will break down very soon. The bathroom were not designed well as there were no partition between the dry area and the wet areas. With one shower the whole bathroom gets wet.

Excellent experience with Hilton Garden Inn South from Checking In till Checked Out. Very smooth and fast Check in. We Checked in around 5pm. Rooms were clean and everything was in great working order. Room service was great too. When we had the Do not Disturb sign on we were left to ourselves and when they clean the rooms they did a fine job. Breakfast was pretty ok too though limited but no complaints. What was served was nice and an item or 2 were changed daily so its all good. Location wise its fantastic. Very pleased. A few yrs back our first experience with the Garden Inns was with the Southh’s younger sibling the Garden Inn North. Same wonderful experience. To the Mgt and Staff of Hilton Garden Inn South - Keep up the Good Work. Will definitely be staying there again if we were to visit KL again.
