Amazing pool. Great building. Horrible communication. After the third day of our stay (the night before we left), we received from host the card to go to the pool. The whole point of staying here was the pool; but the host kept ignoring my messages or giving different excuses.

Poor service. Over paid lousy service

Poor service when comes to price to expectations. Paid almost rm505 . Expect at least a counter service. Took 1hr for the call agent before getting my keys. For this link of price its is worse than a 3 star hotel. There is no shower gel or even shampoo. Room is big but lack the basic needs that is expected from even a 3 star hotel. Avoid
