we stay there n they charge we are 20rm for one room。we only 4ppl （3adult 1children 3 1/2year）。they say is govents n tourist fee need too pay。idk why they charge so high。we stay at genting got charge also is 2rm per people n for adult only。i dont know wht is different。really not make sense。we dont want comeback anymore。

The filthiest hotel on earth.

It was a terrifying experience checked in and witnessed the rooms condition. They didn’t look far worse from the photos on the website. Stain/mold in the wall, floor, ceiling, pillows. The gave me a free upgrade to a “better” and bigger room. But after 2 min. I decided to get out of this property, pulling my luggage under the pouring rain of Saturday Nov. 3rd and went to Starbucks to use the WiFi and searched for another place to stay. I would rather lose the money than catching anything from this establishment.

Dirty and small hotel

The hotel seems ok when you arrive, however the staff is not very friendly, I did a request by email for the arrangement of the room before my arrival and the staff agreed to do it. However when I arrive 2 or 3 days later I did not received what I request. Super noisy until 4 o’clock. The rooms are very small and dirty, the hotel does not provide any personal hygiene items as the show in the pictures. No luggage storage services if you want check out early. Very disappointing in general.

Nice little hotel but small rooms no window in my room, came back late one night and nobody at reception for over 30 minutes,eventually staff came down in lift apologising, said she was using toilet which was ridiculous as there is a staff only toilet in the ground floor! God knows what she was doing?

Good place to stay for a short vacation. It is located in bukit bintang that has all the access to the place you wanna go around the city. The room is a little bit small but it's fine as long as you have a place to spend the night.

I stay for 3 nights there, staff is friendly and pretty helpful, Hotel is a bit difficult to find first, even the taxi driver is clueless hehe... but after we got the hotel, actually it's not that difficult, because it's near to some good places.. jl alor for food street is only 5 minutes walk, Pudu sentral is about 15 minutes walk, Bukit Bintang is pretty close too. I pick room near the street, when I read some reviews say it's a noisy environment, I was a bit worry if we would not get a good rest. But it's not that worst, not to noisy (maybe because I got 3rd floor, don't know with the lower floor) and we rest well. they clean the room everyday too. well, overall pretty nice hotel. thank you

Budget hotel with 5-star staff

Overall a very pleasant stay. Booked a single room with window, which is small in size but cosy. The bathroom though features a nice shower cabin. Best of all at this hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars here! Only negative points for me were the noisy outdoors at night and the missing international TV channels. Only on offer were CNN, a Movie channel and one of those bad Fox Sport channels. Rest was local program. Hotel is very central located. 5 minutes walk to Low Yat or Pavilion Mall. Lots a good festaurants and bars in the area. Sutely one of the best budget hotels in KL.

Nothing is right/good about this hotel!

We had a very unpleasant 2 nights stay at this hotel as it is a very dirty and noisy hotel! Lots of stains on linen and insects every where! My 3 year old got insect bites on many parts of his body after the first night. Taxi won't carry us as everywhere is too close for driving, but there's quite a distance to walk! Especially in such hot weather! For us, we'll never go back again!!!

Maybe not for second time

Stayed here 25-27 nov. Few hrs after i checked in ac wasn't cold enough i asked someone to check seems he never did it till I checked out. Room was hot and i slept without any shirt. Wash basin leaking and i put bath mat as my floor was wet. I booked room with view but the view wasn't good as I expected. Location is bit far to station but still okay cus many food stall around there. Maybe next time i go to malaysia will stay in other hotel with same rate and better quality..

OK for a one- two night stay.

I just needed a place for one or two nights, and for the price, this is an OK choice. Hotel located very strategically along Jalan Alor, near the food hub, also not too far from Changkat where the night life is. Room was basic with ok facilities, but no safe. I also noted there were dust under the table and cabinet. The door lock was wobbly, but thankfully no one broke into my room or anything. My room was the windowless one, 3rd floor next to the lift. Overall an ok place. I would say 7/10 in general.
