The 2 living rooms have foldaway beds for extra guests. Ponies in the garden and a large public playground close to the property make for a perfect family holiday. A large group room is available on request for events or socialising
The well-known cities of Rostock, Warnemünde, Bad Doberan, and Wismar, as well as the Baltic seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, and Rerik, are all within easy reach by bike (approx. 10 to 15 km).
The village has various supermarkets, a bank, petrol stations, etc.. Places of interest in the village are the famous sinking mill and the East Rock Museum

Die Beschreibung der Lage der Zimmer und der Ausstattung entspricht im wesentlichen den Angaben des Vermieters. Auch der Check-In und der Check-Out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder ermöglichte es im Prinzip drei Familien bequem unterzubringen, sodass jede Ihr eigenes Bad hat. Bei maximaler Auslastung wird es sicher eng, die Schrankbetten sind jedoch gerade für Kinder ein riesen Gaudi.Apropos Kinder - die Ferienwohnung hat wesentliche Mängel die mit Familienfreundlichkeit nicht vereinbar sind: * Stromkabel hängen aus den Wänden hängen welche nicht mit Lüsterklemmen oder Kabelverbinder gesichert sind. (Ob die Stromkabel unter Strom standen habe ich nicht prüfen können - ist aber meines Erachtens irrelevant da es um grundlegende Dinge geht.)* Infrarotheizungen stehen an den Wänden und werden betrieben (Diese werden sehr heiß und man kann sich daran verbrennen.)* der betretbare Balkon ist zwischen den Betonpfählen mit Europaletten als Geländer gesichert* der Wasserhauptverteiler ist offen zugänglich (Deckel defekt steht davor)All diese Sachen befinden sich im Wohnbereich und sind aufgrund Bauhöhe zugänglich für Kinder.Die Aussenanlagen sind ungepflegt und schrecken einen erstmal ab, trotz Berücksichtigung, dass es Herbst war. Der Innenhof des Gutes ist ungepflegt und es befindet sich eine alte Güllegrube (natürlich ungesichert) auf dem Gelände. Wir haben über vieles hinweg gelächelt, aber eine gut Bewertung gibt es so nicht.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt – wie bei Freunden auf dem Land!Wir hatten das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Herzblut hier hineingeflossen ist.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die „Gutsherren“, die diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem machen. Mit ihrer warmherzigen, offenen und zugleich angenehm unaufdringlichen Art haben sie uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen geheißen. Sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, nicht nur Gästezu sein.Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein – ob bei einem Spaziergang über das weitläufige Gelände oder beim gemütlichen Frühstück auf der Terrasse.Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit vom Alltag sucht und dabei echte Gastfreundschaft erleben möchte. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die wunderbaren Gutsherren – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht!
