This welcoming house features two air-conditioned, fully-equipped, and spacious apartments, ideally situated just a 15-minute stroll from the historic Old Town and a short walk to the public beach. Apartment Viva °2, located on the second floor, offers two bedrooms for up to 4 guests, with the option to host an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room (130 cm x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully outfitted with all essential appliances. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer for your convenience. The unit also boasts two balconies, perfect for enjoying a sea view.

Tolle Lage! Traumhafter Ausblick!

Unser Familienurlaub war wunderbar! Das Objekt war wie beschrieben und der Blick ist noch besser als er auf den Fotos rüber kommt:) Die Lage war für uns perfekt...5 Minuten zum Strand (mit natürlichem Schatten der Pinien) und 10 Minuten in die Altstadt zu Fuß!!!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unsere Woche in Krk sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße; zu Fuß ist man in ca 10 min im Zentrum, direkt zur Promenade ist es noch kürzer. Die beiden Terrassen haben einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und gute Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Sonnenschutz ist ausbaufähig. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küchenschränke unter der Schräge sind für lange Menschen nicht ganz optimal, ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im EG, ist sehr nett, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit, lässt die Gäste aber auch in Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut!
