The equipment of the apartment corresponds to a modern high quality standard. We attached great importance to good design and quality of the furnishings (high-quality mattresses in both bedrooms ensure comfortable lying comfort). Furthermore, the room height of 3.80m conveys an airy, light-flooded feeling of living.
The apartment is located in a small cul de sac about 150m from the lake. It is located in the entire top floor of a modern 4-party house. Living area, winter garden and balcony are oriented to the south. Waterfront promenade, natural beach pool (free entry for holiday guests) and the town center are only a few minutes' walk away. Lake and Schlösslepark can be reached in just a few steps.
The Bodenseeradweg leads in the next parallel street.
The marina is in the immediate vicinity.

We are private landlords (no agency - no broker). The apartment is looked after by an administrator on site (cleaning and key handover).

Super ausgestattete FeWo, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist grandios, man benötigt keine zwei Minuten bis zum Wasser, und gerade fünf Minuten bis zum Strandbad. Der Self-Checkin ist super, sodass niemand vor Ort sein muss. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut (rasche Antworten auf alles und sehr freundlich)...absolut empfehlenswert!

Es war wie erwartet sehr schön! Durch die Rezensionen waren wir darauf eingestellt, den Wintergarten aufgrund der Hitze nicht nutzen zu können, was aber sehr in Ordnung war. Auch bzgl der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Lage zum See und zum Strandbad!

Die Wohnung ist super schön. Es gibt von allem reichlich. Viel Geschirr und Besteck. Für die Kinder ist es auch super. Es gibt sogar Plastik-Trinkbecher und viele Spiele.Es sind Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und an der Balkontür. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wir waren vergangene Woche für sieben Nächte in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Lang und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung wurde sehr sauber übergeben, ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Neben einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gab es eine Bibliothek für Groß und Klein, jede Menge Ordner und Broschüren zum Aufenthalt in Kressbronn und Ausflugstipps - sogar eine Tasche mit Strandtüchern z.B. für einen Besuch im schönen Strandbad fanden wir vor. In der Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss. Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine offene Küche, ein Tageslichtbad, eine Gästetoilette und einen schönen hellen Wintergarten. Dazu kann man auf dem Balkon sitzen und hat einen Blick in Richtung See, den man in max. 3 Minuten Fußweg bequem erreicht.

Ruhige und super ausgestattete Wohnung.

Wir hatten eine geniale Zeit am Bodensee. Ca 5 Min zu Fuß zum tollen Naturstrandbad in Kressbronn mit vielen Bäumen. Mit der Bodensee Card ist der Eintritt frei. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.

Super mit Kindern

Die Wohnung war sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Viele Bücher für Kinder auch da. Lage super! Strand ist gar nicht weit und super für Kinder (und Erwachsene natürlich auch). Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir sind als Familie 1 Woche zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung gewesen. Die Kommunikation vorab war super. Selten so viel Informationen vorab bekommen wie hier. Auch unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell und einwandfrei beantwortet. Ausstattung der Wohnung sucht seinesgleichen. Die Größe ist mehr als ausreichend für 4 Personen. Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Möbel, viel Platz, ein neues Badezimmer und ein toller Wintergarten mit vielen großen Pflanzen. Viele Möglichkeiten, sich aufzuhalten, zu sitzen, zu lesen und auszuspannen. Einfacher Zugang, gute Kommunikation und tolle Lage!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Wohnung Seemöwe. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, man findet wirklich alles - besonders in der Küche. Auch für unsere kleine Tochter war gut gesorgt und es gab sogar viele neue Bilderbücher zu entdecken etc. Die Lage in der Nähe zum See und zum Strandbad ist perfekt. Die Nachbarschaft kann recht hellhörig sein (bei uns hatten die Nachbarn ältere Kinder zu Besuch, welche lange abends draußen waren).

Ein traumhafter Urlaub am Bodensee

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unvergessliche Tage in dieser großzügigen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und mit allem ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zu verbringen. Die Lage war einfach perfekt. Die nähe zu den malerischen Dörfern am Bodensee ermöglichte es uns, die Region zu erkunden und die lokale Kultur hautnah zu erleben. Beautiful setting and well equipped

A very complete appartement. There is nothing to be missed over there since it is super well equipped. It is even a bit overwhelming when you enter since it is quite full. Especially nice is the fact that all windows are covered with insect screens so that you can cool de appartement down during the night without nasty mosquitos.

Gerne wieder

Eine unbeschwerte Woche bei sonnigem Wetter in einem bestens ausgestatteten Apartment. Die vielen guten Bewertungen sind nicht übertrieben. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt, für den aber nach Angaben der Vermieterin Abhilfe geplant sein soll, ist der Hitzestau unter dem Dach bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Für Abkühlung sorgten die geöffneten Fenster (mit Fliegengitter) im Laufe der Nacht. Bei der Abreise besser nichts im Apartment vergessen. Für mich bedeutete das 75 Minuten Wartezeit, da die Housekeeperin und nach deren Angaben auch die Vermieterin nicht im Ort wohnen. Das soll jetzt aber nicht allzu kritisch rüberkommen. An meiner Empfehlung der Unterkunft ändert das nichts.
