Could so easily be great.
The hotel is in a great location directly next to the slopes. The hotel reception staff were really helpful and friendly. It was clean and the room was comfortable.
There were a few things that let it down unfortunately. We asked at the restaurant if they had vegan options at lunch and the lady who I think was the restaurant manager was very rude to us them glared at us each time she saw us. It made it somewhat uncomfortable.
The pool and the jacuzzi were uncomfortably cool - the sign said the jacuzzi was 36degrees but it definitely wasn’t- it also had jets that sent out even colder water.
In our room we were not provided with robes- I think this was just an oversight but very much missed when we went to the pool.
We asked at the pool for towels and were told if we took them from the pool there was a charge. We could bring them from a room however if we didn’t want to pay. Never seen that in a hotel before.
The gym was very dreary and looked like a storage room with gym equipment dumped in there. It wouldn’t take much to give it a lift.
