Oceanfront Completely Upgraded Sand Dollar Resort 1 Bedroom Unit A2. Bari Reef

Enjoy our completely remolded “Little Place in Paradise”. New upgraded Design Kitchen, New Bathroom features, New dining, family room furniture and bedding. Two new Mitsubishi AC units. All new Exterior Doors and Windows throughout. New electric service, hot water heater, safe and storage area upgrades. (See Pictures) One of the Bari Reef's best locations. We are original owners and were present during the development stages we were able to choose a premium corner unit condo in a great location that was closest to our beach which gives us a great second floor view and spectacular sunsets.
New full view screening on our corner unit 270 square foot balcony provides bright open air spaciousness and true Caribbean feel.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.

Sand Dollar A-2

This is the second time we have rented this condo. Both times it was extremely clean. It is the perfect location because it is right on the ocean. All the condos here at Sand Dollar have a balcony and an ocean view.Bari reef is right out in front of the property and a snorkeler's paradise. It is a very easy entry and exit.The best thing about this rental is communication with the property manager. I had many many questions and she tirelessly answered them each time within minutes.

Fantastic time

We just got back from a wonderful time on Bonaire. The week was made that way by staying at A-2 at Sand Dollar. The place was extremely clean and everything was in working condition and the pictures and descriptions were totally appropriate and accurate. The kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. In addition there were cutting boards, colanders, measuring cups and spoons and all sorts of baking equipment. There was even aluminum foil and Saran Wrap and coffee filters. There were condiments also. The bed was very comfortable and all the furniture was in excellent shape. One of the best things was the responsiveness of the owner. I must have messaged her 6 - 8 times with questions and she always got back to me within the hour. You will be well taken care of if you use this property for your visit to Bonaire.

We have stayed in Sand Dollar many times. This condo stood out for how close it was to the dive shop, and the screened porch! The photos online were accurate. Since we stayed longer than a week we changed out towels/sheets with the office. A small stand up laundry rack to put on the porch would have been handy. Overall a nice updated unit.

Sand Dollar is waterfront and quite centrally located. The actual unit is large and the closest one to the dive shop and pier - helpful when you forget something for your dive. Beach isn't very big but the house reef is a really nice dive.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Bonaire!! The apt was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The location is wonderful and the view can’t be beat. Screened in porch is a godsend! My husband did notice that the noise (air compressor?) from the dive shop is constant during the day (while the shop’s open) and can be a bit annoying, but that was the only real downside (and it didn’t bother me). We loved every minute of our stay and are already dreaming of coming back!

great view but needs renovation

This perfectly situated unit needs major renovation and sprucing up. PROS: It's right next to the Dive Friends shop and dock, 2 air condition zones, has a amazing screened in patio that has a awesome view of the ocean and Klien Bonaire. CONS: Kitchen needs major renovation and the photos don't show it. Tiles are coming off the wall, frig door has rust spots all over, dishwasher did not work because it was unhooked. Overall, the place felt and smelled dated. On the plus side, the cleaning lady comes in twice a week and she does a good job and the owners were quick to respond to my questions.
