Good hotel. Great location. Lot of walking to get to rooms, but manageable. Food/breakfast options limited, especially if you are vegetarian. The room with whatever food options they had, smelled so much, you didn't feel like having anything.

The room we stayed in was nice size right above front street next to McDonald's and 7-eleven shops. It is noisy especially after 10 pm. There lots of bars and restaurants and massage places before you walk to the beach. Lots of trash and rude tourists along the way. Be extra careful when you cross the street even if you cross on the crosswalk. Most locals and tourists do not honor the crosswalk. Lots of tourists rent the motorcycle but don't really know how to drive it properly and follow any motorcycle rules. We saw a guy got hit on his motorcycle in front of the hotel because he either cut in front of the SUV or SUV wasn't pay attention and didn't see him. The hotel has helpful staffs. The breakfast room is like walking into a compound maze to get to. It was a hike when you are three building away. You will give up once the receptionist tell you when you check in how to get to the breakfast room. We were like by the time we make it there it will be time for lunch. So bad in design even our room it was like they decided to extend the bathroom in front on each side of the door. Toilet on one side and shower on other side and leave three feet gap of the door so when you poop your partner can smell the it as well. SMH There also a slight drop from the main room area to the bathroom and your door. It was fun at night when you are half asleep not to fall from the drop and injured yourself. Leave a light by the mirror on. We would not stay there again nor we will revisit Krabi.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location, superb breakfast, beautiful rooms the only downside is that all the rooms need dehumidifiers... the humidity is so high in that area literally everything is wet. We had to do laundry at the end of our stay in the hotel...

The rooms are amazing. Very clean, spatious, and lots of free water. They have an espresso machine in every room. The views were great too. Finally, the unforgetable staff. All staff were friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. There are a few steps and hills to get to some rooms, but most are accesible via elevator and or buggy transfer (available 24/7). 7/11, subway, mcdonalds are all very close by if you need those comforts from home, and the rooms are far enough away from the street music, so you can always get a restful sleep. Awesome job to all staff. It was a great stay.

I did a deluxe seaview room yet my balcony looked right into a tree, not the sea. Also had to take 3 different elevators to get to my room, which never seemed to be below 100% humidity. Keeping it at 79 before I arrived didn’t help. But real area that needs major improvement is front desk. To get anyone’s attention even when a half a dozen people were standing there was a challenge. They’d rather talk to each other to answer the phone than make eye contact with a guest. If I asked a question, I got a blank stare and then sheer panic as they would talk amongst themselves to figure out an answer to a simple question any front desk would know. Also tried to charge me for food at the pool that I did not order. Laundry was also expensive compared to other hotels. Pluses: central location for access to beach, shopping, massages, and dining. Nice to be in the same building as the pool.

I love Krabi! I will try to return yo this Gem! Great location to the beach and walking distance to the night market (about a 20 min walk to night market and five minutes to the beach. The food was great, the staff so friendly!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to many shops both local and international. A short walk from the sea. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very kind. I recommend not taking the basic rooms as they are far from the hotel's restaurant area.
