Tout d’abord, je tiens à Vous exprimer mon plus profond mécontentement. J’attire votre attention sur les faits suivants : - la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et hier soir à notre arrivée, il a fallu que nous fassions nous-même le second lit, les draps nous ont été donnés à l’accueil, - la chambre n’était pas propre, - pas d’eau chaude pour la douche, - que deux serviettes, alors que nous étions 3 dans la chambre, - plus rien au petit déjeuner, alors que j’y suis allé à 8 heures, et j’en passe… Ce n’est pas dans mes habitudes de râler, mais pour une somme de 400 euros, y compris les petits déjeuners, ce n’est pas possible…ça n’en vaut même pas 150 €..!

Nous avons passé cinq jours agréables dans cet hotel. Le personnel était accueillant. Notre chambre, qui ouvrait sur le lac Bois-Diable était spacieuse et bien meublée.Télée dans la chambre et dans la pièce à vivre. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Salle de bains avec douche à jets multiples. Deux petits bémols: Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, car il y avait des travaux quelque part..et l'hotel n'organisait pas d'animations. Pour le reste, tout était très bien...la nourriture excellente. J'y retournerai volontiers.

Agréable mais cher pour ce niveau de prestation

Chambres agréables et fraîchement rénovées. Literie confortable, salle de bain spacieuse. Dommage que le bar n'ouvre pas plus tôt en fin d’après midi en semaine. Petit déjeuner moyen. Jambons et fromages sont secs. Souvent les machines a café ne marchent pas car il n'y a plus de courant sur certaines prises électriques. Le personnel n'est pas capable de déplacer la machine de quelques mètres pour la brancher sur une autre prise... globalement, l’hôtel est agréable, la piscine spacieuse, mais le prix de la chambre n'est pas a la hauteur de la prestation rendue.

Os funcionarios foram muito prestativas. O hotel fica na beira de um lago num clima muito humido. Tinha mofo numa das paredes e nas gavetas. Mas em geral a limpeza foi adequadomas nao acho que o custo-beneficio foi muito boa. Para tranquilidade o lugar é excelente, se quiser achar um lugar para comer é longe a pé, tem que usar um taxi sempre.
