Definitely one of the worst places I've stayed at. The room was tiny, smaller than the one I booked. The sofa bed was dirty, as the whole room. The facility looks like a construction yard. My room was on the 3rd floor. I accidentally touched the rails to find that they are shaky and flimsy, really scary. A mirror door in the room was vroken and taped. Bathroom so tiny you can not fit on the toilet. But with a window to hallway so that you can great the neighbors. Note that to access the parking the last 200 meters you have to pass between a wall and a fence where only one car can pass, so take a deep breath and drive hoping no one comes from the other side. Or just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Owners, please do not offer me to fix it next time. You had an opportunity to give me another room. I will never come back for sure. Too bad I can't attach photos.

Balayı için Karadağ’a gelmiştik. Rezervasyon yaptırırken balayı olduğuna bir şey belirtmemiştik. Geldiğimizde öğrendiler. Öğrendikleri gibi balayı konsepti olaraktan kırmızı şarap ikram ettiler. Havuzun 7/24 kullanılabilir olması cezbetti.

Renhold ikke bra. Langt i fra alt, så fordel med egen bil. Bilder fra annonse er ganske langt unna reell opplevelse. Bra basseng, men ingen restaurant eller frokost til å rette opp inntrykket. Mye støy og støv fra arbeid i nærheten. Overall veldig skuffet, trodde det skule vært bedre.

Apartamento super aconchegante, cama e travesseiro bons, banheiro grande e boa ducha, mas pouco iluminado. Ar condicionado na sala e em um dos quartos. Maquina de lavar louça e de lavar roupa ajudaram demais. Foi possivel cozinhar no apartamento (boa economia, visto que os preços dos restaurantes sao um pouco caros). Unico problema é o barulho de construção que começa cedo.

Vi var två familjer som reste ihop, men kom med olika flyg. Vi båda bokade flygplatstransfer, som hotellet bekräftade men som inte fanns på plats när vi kom. Vi bokade ett rum för fyra personer, men det var förberett för tre. Porslin var anpassat för två. Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet. Det renoveras en hel del på området, så man påverkas av grävmaskinerna. Det bästa var utsikten och en härlig pool (ej uppvärmd).

Maybe next time ...

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our visit, the area was quite dusty due to ongoing construction next door, and the road leading to the property was still gravel. It’s a narrow, tricky route to navigate, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area. There isn’t much nearby within walking distance, so having a car would be essential for convenience. The bathroom layout could be improved, the toilet is positioned too close to the sink cabinet, making it awkward to use comfortably. On a positive note, the view from the upper-floor balconies is excellent, offering beautiful sights of Kotor Bay and stunning sunsets.

Relaxing room

A lovely location up in the hills with a gorgeous view. We had a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The pool was unbelievable. All of it was great and around 20 minutes from city center. The hosts even gave us a ride to the airport which was so kind.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Casa collection. The view from our apartment is stunning and Staff/s were really accomodating and very helpful especially when we needed some assistance. Will definitely recommend this to my family and friends

Once we were able to find the place up a load of dirt tracks (dont be fooled by the pictures of the beach, thats over 30 mins drive away), we turned up to a huge building site next door and a rubbish dump with rodents scurrying around. The first thing we saw was a snake which our taxi driver had to chase awat, which makes sense given the abundant rodents. There were bin bags laying all around the property. We walked into "reception", which is nothing more than a couple of desks in one of the hotel rooms. It made Fawlty Towers look sharp. Once we had made it past the 4 staff all smoking in the doorway, we walked past a load of filthy plates left over from lunch (we arrived after 4pm) in the makeshift reception, and were shown to our family room....it was nothing like the pictures. The mirror was broken, the accomodation was tiny, and our "sea view" was over a huge building site. There wasnt even enough room to put our suitcases anywhere. The beds were kind of made, but looked like someone had had a roll around on them first, and the bathroom door didnt shut. Again, the pictures show a setting of luxury and space, this is far from the case. Instead of elegant outdoor furniture, we were greeted with cheap white plastic patio chairs and table, an ashtray that hadnt been cleaned properly and a cramped balcony and living room. The "kitchen" area is smaller than an average dinner plate. We were refused a refund, we booked 2 nights and stayed 10 minutes. The owner is rude!

It was a nice place here in Tivat Montenegro. I had a good and pleasant time there. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. I will recommend for anyone who loves to have a quiet and peaceful holiday.

My wife and I stayed in Casa Collection for two nights in May 2025. There was a bit of a mix up when we checked in, but it was quickly fixed. Two things make this place worth staying in; the incredible view and the lovely staff! Ali in particular was extremely helpful. Google maps sends you by this terrible, dangerous, narrow road through the Vrmac Tunnel when yravwlling up from Kotor. Avoid this at all costs and take the road that passes Fort Trojica, even if it seems a bit longer. The traffic is horrible in Kotor so best to take a taxi if you want to explore the town; ask reception to get in touch with Dalibor. He is great and very honest. The Apt was almost new and we slept like babies. The couch had a big stain and there were other little annoyances, but we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic resort

Amazing property. It has amazing view of the water also. From my 3 days stay I can tell that the owner really put in lots of effort into building this dream resort. While there are some minor mechanical issues, the overall comfort is fantastic. I will return to this property for sure. Some minor suggestions: Maybe use sliding doors for the washroom instead of the traditional door due to the limited amount of space inside the washroom. Instead of the roll down blind for the balcony doors, maybe use curtains instead as it’s easier to get in and out of the room.

All staff was very helpful and kind. Room was big enough and there was even washing machine into to the room with 2 capsules already there for washing your clothes!!! Perfect stay! High reccomended
