Welcome to your home away from home in the beautiful "Amber Spa" resort of Koserow!

Located on the quiet Waldstraße (Forest Street), our spacious 70 m² maisonette apartment offers the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to nature. Nestled between the coastal forest and the Baltic Sea, this is the ideal spot for families or couples. A free private parking space directly at the house is included, so you can leave your car behind and reach everything comfortably on foot.

The Accommodation

Our apartment is a maisonette split over two levels on the top floor, creating a cozy, house-like atmosphere.

Living & Dining Area: The heart of the home is the bright, open living area. Large sliding glass doors let in plenty of light and lead directly onto the private balcony – perfect for breakfast with a view of the greenery. The room features a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table for four.

Kitchen: The open kitchen (with cheerful red cabinets) is fully equipped and offers everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms: There are two separate bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A quiet room with a cozy double bed and warm lighting.

Attic Studio (Top Floor): Located on the upper level, this room features two single beds, a workspace, and a second TV – an ideal retreat for children or friends.

Bathroom & Laundry: A bright, tiled bathroom with a glass shower. For your comfort – especially during longer stays – a washing machine is available in the hallway.

Location & Surroundings

The location on Waldstraße is one of the highlights of this apartment. You are in a quiet area, yet still close to everything. As seen in the photos, you are surrounded by Usedom’s nature.

You can explore the surroundings easily on foot:

The Forest & Streckelsberg (600 m): A short walk takes you to the magnificent beech forest and the Streckelsberg, a perfect spot for hiking with panoramic views over the coast.

The Beach (700 m): In just a 10-minute walk, you reach the fine sandy beach of Koserow. Whether relaxing in a beach chair (Strandkorb), walking through the dunes, or watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea – everything is close by.

Town Center (900 m): The center of Koserow with restaurants and shops is about a 12-minute walk away.

Supermarket (1 km): For daily groceries, the nearest supermarket is just a 13-minute walk away.

Urlaub Waldstraße Koserow

Gute Lage, Wohnung sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kühlschrank bisschen klein. Fußläufig erreichbarer Badestrand am Steilufer über Treppe, nicht komfortabel für Kinderwagen oder Menschen mit Knieproblemen. Schöner Strand ohne Strandkörbe, flacher Eingang ins Meer. Empfehlung für Karls Erdbeerland: möglichst bei heißem Wetter, wenig Betrieb, keine Wartezeiten und genügend Schattenplätze!

Super schöne Wohnung

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Super Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: in Zukunft wäre es eventuell gut wenn es eine kleine Übersicht gibt, wo man zb die Mülltonnen findet oder das WLAN Passwort. Das war nicht gleich ersichtlich und wir mussten beim Vermieter nachfragen. Aber dieser hatte uns sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Aber das ist nur ein gut gemeinter Hinweis. Es war wie gesagt alles top.

Super Unterkunft

Wir sagen vielen Dank für den wirklich tollen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Kritikpunkte die Vorgänge genannt haben wurden behoben, beispielsweise Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern als Schutz vor Mücken. Größe, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war wirklich top. Ich schließe mich den Vorgängern an oben im Kinderzimmer war es auf Grund der Temperaturen wirklich warm aber dafür kann keiner was. Einzig die Betten fand ich auch wirklich etwas niedrig. Leider war es im Fahrradschuppen etwas eng und es waren viele Räder dort, die sich in den zwei Wochen kein einziges Mal bewegt haben. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Vielleicht findet sich dafür noch eine Lösung. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen und gern wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren über ein lange Wochenende im Objekt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war tiptop. Auch der Check-In war super einfach und die Kommunikation mit Anbieter und VorOrt Vertretung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne empfehlen wir das Objekt weiter und würden/werden es wieder buchen. Als Hinweis: Die Fernseher sind nicht smart, d.h. ein externes Gerät für Streamingdienste ist notwendig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Für Kinder und auch Erwachsene ist alles da. Kinderstuhl, Gitterbett und diverse Bücher und Spiele sind virhanden. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und der Weg zum Strand kurz.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, alles erforderliche war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und komfortabel. Allerdings war es aufgrund der Dachwohnung sehr warm im oberen Kinderzimmer. Lage zum Strand und Ortskern war aber super, alles ist fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe und ruhiger Umgebung. Uns und unseren drei Kindern hat es an nichts gemangelt. Das Haus war sehr ruhig und gut isoliert, sodass wir nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen haben und sie vermutlich auch nicht von uns;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Fewo für die Familie perfekt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kinder haben ein eigenes geräumiges Zimmer. Ruhige Lage - den Abend kann man super auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Seebrücke in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Wetter hat auch super mitgespielt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
