The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. However the breakfast buffet was disappointing with a limited selection and lower quality than expected.

Everything was spotless, and the room was absolutely stunning—it exceeded all of my expectation's. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the mountain view from the hotel was breathtaking. The gym, sauna, pool, and spa facilities were exceptional. I also treated myself to a Turkish bath and a massage, and they were worth every penny. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

First thing: we booked the nonsmoking and largest room available for 4 nights for our party of 6, with the view. The room was spacious, and very roomy for our family. But 1) it reeked of cigarette smoke!!!!! (We complained, and they sent a woman with an anti smoke spray;))))) it didn’t do anything. The furniture was burned by cigarette buds;) 2) the view: they gave us a room above the entrance;))) that’s why it smelled like an ash tray…everybody smoke in Turkey. It a new construction hotel, there is no view, only a dump with construction and human waste around; and a crane building something new in front of the mountain! We were happy only with Samal’s service, the nicest girl at the reception. The porter man didn’t know any English, trying to communicate with me using Google Translate!! What is this??? A mess!

Temiz ve yeni bir otel. Çevresinde ilgi çekici birşey yok. Kapalı otopark olsaydı daha iyi olurdu.

Disliked: Amenities

Her anlamda gayet iyiydi. Oda tertemizdi. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Yeni açılmış bir yer sanırım. Eşyalar yepyeni ve temizdi. Tek eksik kapalı otopark olmaması. Oldukça memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim...
