The apartment was newly equipped with underfloor heating, oak floorboards and a new bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, automatic coffee mashin and various practical devices and furniture.
Bicycles can be parked in a lockable shed or rented for a small fee.
The apartment is quietly located on the edge of the forest in Constance Haidelmoos, only 10 - 15 minutes by bike from the city center and Lake Constance.

    Es ist eine gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, direkt am Wald, mit Terrasse, es gibt einige Gaststätten in der Nähe, ebenso die Zugverbindung. Tagsüber war ich arbeiten - für meinen Zweck hätte ich mir nichts anderes wünschen können.

    Ruhige Lage der FeWo, aber ab 9:30 muss mit Lautstärke von der gegenüberliegenden Schule gerechnet werden. Das Bett steht in der Küche, war so nicht ganz klar. Leider ist das große Kochfeld des Ceranfelds defekt, dies sollte funktionieren. Ein anderer Kommentar hier fasst das Fazit zusammen: für den Preis ok aber schon recht abgelebt.

    Die FeWo ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind nicht gerade um die Ecke. Wir hätten uns eine normale Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Die Bedienung des Kaffeeautomaten hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Hier sollte eine Bedienungsanleitung vorliegen.

    Ferienwohnung ist für Senioren nicht geeignet.

    Ferienwohnung ist groß aber abgewohnt. Viele Sachen sind nicht ganz in Ordnung. ( Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschrank, Schimmelflecke am Rand der Badewanne, Verdunklung im Schlaf- und Küchenbereich) Eine Schule gegenüber wurde in der Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt. Morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag Lärm. Ruhige Lage?

    Gut für kurzen Aufenthalt

    Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend, war auch soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Personen mit leichtem Schlaf würden wir Oropax empfehlen, da das Bett in der Küche steht (der Kühlschrank ist etwas laut) und man die Nachbarn von oben auch teils laut hört.

    Konstanz und der Bodensee sind super! Die Lage der Wohnung ist recht außerhalb, dafür am Wald und kaum Autoverkehr. Eine Schule ist direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Das ein Garten teilweise mit genutzt werden kann, ist schön.

    Die Ferienwohnung war zentral gelegen, die Anbindung in die Stadt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, gut eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Was wir nicht wussten, dass die Küche und der Schlafbereich ein Raum sind (vielleicht bei der Beschreibung überlesen). Hat uns aber nicht unbedingt gestört.

    Nette Unterkunft

    Die Unterkunft war soweit gut. Man muss einiges von sich aus mitnehmen, da sie kaum ausgestattet ist (Spüli, nur 1 Klopapierrolle, kaum Putzzeug), jedoch war dies für uns und unseren Urlaub okay. Des Weiteren wurde wir auf ausgiebiges Lüften hingewiesen, jedoch war das Bad schon sehr geschimmelt. Da sollte in nächster Zeit mal etwas gemacht werden. Da wir kaum im Bad waren, war dies jedoch zum aushalten. Kommunikation war super und der Check in einfach. Trotz allem kann man die Unterkunft gut weiter empfehlen.
