This condo was wonderful! The view from the lanai was just amazing…waves crashing into lava rocks right below us! Great turtle watching. Also saw some dolphins, who seemed to come play with a snorkeling group offshore. The condo was immaculate. We had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen also had everything you’d need. The host sent us an extensive listing of restaurants, beaches, and things to do. The pool was great, right down by the crashing waves. This resort is not a Grand Hyatt, but the Hyatt has no view like this one! The ac was a big plus, since it was quite warm when we were there. Loved our stay. We had to evacuate due to a tsunami warning & the host was very helpful to us! Highly recommend this unit & host!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was spectacular! We ate breakfast in the condoAlmost every morning and walked to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool It was amazing to be swimming in the pool and hearing the waves crash against the rocks. some of the spray even splashed over the railing! We slept peacefully every night in the comfortable beds. We will be back.

Perfect hosts

This Poipu condo is perfectly set up for a great stay. Hosts provide beach chairs & an umbrella, beach cart, snorkeling gear—and we left new fins for future guests!AC works great, W/D in unit and the view & location, breathtaking. Sunsets are spectacular and we lucked out for full moonrises too. Only great things to say. Mahalo!

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time in Poipu. We were allowed to drop our things off early, which was super helpful in that we had food that needed to be in a fridge. The location was walkable to many things and the view was incredible! We saw whales and sea turtles from our balcony!! The pool was nice and warm. The kitchen was clean and had all that we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

Definitely recommend. The unit was clean and just as described. The manager was very communicative prior and during the stay. The unit even included multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, towels and a hand cart to haul your gear to the beach! Although the (included) parking spaces are small, it much better than parking with the masses at the beach.

Peaceful Setting

We were looking for a place on the ocean, with a private pool, upper level lanai, sunset views, near a beach and only 2 BR. This unit exceeded our expectations. We were happy to see the wagon with all the beach supplies in the extra bedroom closet. Once we saw our first whale from the lanai, I was regretting not bringing along my own binoculars. Then I found a pair on a shelf under the TV. Parker has thought about everything one might need to enjoy the condo. The ocean waves made our nights so relaxing and peaceful. The vibrant shades of blue took our breath away. Incredibly beautiful sunsets. Tight parking spaces but I was able to back our rental sedan next to the lava wall to the left of the registration office, leaving enough room to avoid any car door dings.I would definitely stay in this unit again if we are lucky enough to have a future visit.A shout out to the young man in charge of taking care of the pool. He is doing a fine job.

Amazing Stay

This property surpassed my expectations. The location was excellent and we spent time on the deck watching/listening to the pounding surf. As we were here in February it was whale season and we were able to see many whales and also turtles. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Extra touches like an assortment of chip clips and containers for leftovers were much appreciated. We found everything we needed for a beach day and especially made use of the wagon for taking our dive gear to the rental car. Parker was very responsive and available. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family visiting Kauai.

Right on the Beach

Beautiful property as oceanfront as you can get. Property is walking distance to beaches & a short drive to the town of Koala. This is an older complex but Parkers' place is very modern, beautiful and includes boogie boards, chairs, towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach, pool is really nice and also ocean front. We ate most of our meals on the Lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks. Parker was very responsive, check in was easy- everything you hope your vacation rental experience will be. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Parker!

Beautiful view and property. Parking lot was a bit challenging though. We really enjoyed the pool. 4 people seems to be the max for this unit. Parker was great! Wish all property managers were like him!

Best possible view!

I wanted to be close to the ocean to enjoy the view and this condo did not disappoint. I would leave the windows open a little to hear the ocean sounds and waves during the night and mornings. The most relaxing condo. We would sit out on the lanai and have our breakfast and watch the waves and turtles. The turtles were swimming next to the shore and rocks very often. We went to the pool one day and hardly went in the pool because we kept watching the turtles swimming close to the rocks near the pool. Didn’t need to spend much time at the beaches where everyone said the turtles were because they were always at the condo. The condo has everything you need. Towels and chairs and every kitchen tool you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant Paradise

Fantastic stay, superb location. We walked to Poipu beach most nights to see the turtles coming in which was just amazing. Brenneckes beach was so close, superb boogie boarding opportunities.The pool area was excellent, great place to watch the turtles feed. The apartment had everything you need, we did have one issue with the oven but the owner was quick to respond. Apartment is on top floor but there is a lift. Car parking available, ok for small car but I wouldn't have liked to try parking a big SUV.. Would stay again, already missing the waves crash against those rocks!

Fantastic !

Great property and condo. Owner communicates everything that is needed for checkin and to make your stay easy The view is absolutely amazing. Unit is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Easy walk to the beach ( we let the kids walk back and forth by themselves ). We had a jeep and didn’t find the parking an issue at all. Overall a wonderful stay and will book again if/when we make a trip across the pacific again

Very helpful host. Stunning ocean views (crashing ocean waves could get very loud!). House was very well equipped with beach supplies, wagon, games etc. Pool was nice but too cold for us to enjoy swimming (even though advertised as heated).
