The stunning oceanfront Toyabrown Penthouse is located forty feet from the water, has a spacious oceanfront lanai (deck) overlooking four famous Poipu surf spots, with new split air-conditioning system, is meticulously cleaned, and is adjacent to two white sand beaches, the best snorkel spot on the island, and the Beach House, for Kauai’s finest oceanfront cocktails and dinner.

The beautiful penthouse was a wonderful experience - very relaxing. The ambiance was very special the minute we entered the suite. The furnishings, top of the line kitchen, the big screen TV, and the wonderful walk-in showers were just perfect. To be able to sit on the lanai in the afternoon with a glass of wine watching the surfers in the water and then spend early mornings drinking coffee and watching fishermen in their dories was a real treat. The Beach House next door was a pleasant surprise - excellent food, good cocktails and fabulous views - and is a must. We'll be back.

We truly found paradise! The penthouse is the perfect place to enjoy the "perfect" holiday. From the sunrises to the sunsets, and watching the turtles swim by, and see whales in the distance. It's fun to watch the surfers ride the waves and the huge green sea turtles play near the shore, while the outrigger canoe club members paddle by. Simply spectacular.

The Toyabrown Penthouse is located here in the Poipu area of Kauai, on top of a small, exclusive four-story residential building overlooking Kuhio Bay and breathtaking coastline views, and was remodeled by Jim Toyabrown. The penthouse is meticulously cleaned, and now has a beautiful oceanfront living, dining and gourmet kitchen area, a serene master suite featuring a Simmons Beautyrest firm queen mattress on a custom wood platform bed frame and fine linens, and the all-important second bathroom off the kitchen area. Custom furnishings, objets d’art, handcrafted shoji privacy doors, and a generous use of tasteful granite, marble, exotic woods and stone throughout: A true masterpiece.

The well planned lighting scheme and quiet ceiling fans are appreciated. HDTV with HD channels, telephone, and wireless internet are included. Also: On-site parking, elevators, 24-hour security.

Amazing views and location

We loved our stay! Wonderful location and decor and a view that was outstanding. This unit is definitely the best option in the building. The corner window view was a plus. It was great to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday. We also loved watching the surfers and sea turtles from our balcony. We would definitely return for future vacations. Only a few negatives:Uncomfortable couch Loud refrigerator 2nd bedroom bed was not made (Had to put on sheets)Unit was updated and nicely decorated but the building exterior was outdated and should be refurbished.

What a fantastic place! Exceeded our expectations. Loved the sweeping ocean views - over clear oceans with turtles and surfers. The unit had very nice decor - felt like a well loved home more than a rental. The sunset views from the dining table were better than any restaurant in town!

Beautiful condo and location!

My husband and I stayed in this amazing oceanfront unit for two weeks. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed. We saw sunrises, sunsets, whales breaching, sea turtles in the surf, surfers, and snorkelers. Right off of the lanai! There is a delicious restaurant right next door and a shopping area an easy 1/2 mile walk or drive away. Completely relaxing and comfortable.

Overwhelming views

As soon as you open the door you are struck with the generous view that you will be have during your stay. We have traveled to many places and this is one of the best places we have stayed. I loved staying at this place. Everything is exactly what the description/ photo shows. Pros. The view and the cleanness Cons. The communication with the property owner is super slow, but everything went fine. The AC in the living room is not really cool. The one in bedroom is good. Beautiful place, great location, I would definitely come back!! Highly recommended!

Can't get any closer

A beatiful unit in a quiet complex. This luxury condo unit had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the lanai was overlooking the ocean 40 feet below. We could watch the surfers catching waves, sunsets, turtles bobbing in the surf, whales in the distance (when in season). Great location, close to Koloa town. We would stay again.

Beautiful location. Unit was very nice although furniture uncomfortable. Property manager did not return call regarding my inability to access cable. Had to find building supe for assistance. Since condo is very expensive, expect toilet paper to be better than ports potty quality.

Spectacular Sunrise & Sunset

Prime location for sunrises and sunsets! Excellent smaller eateries and higher end restaurants locally. Nearby, shopping and beaches. Condo has all the modern amenities that you would want. It’s a two bedroom two bath, but only two can stay, which gives you a lot of room. We definitely recommend staying at this beautiful penthouse! 😉

First timers in Kauai

Oceanfront views spectacular with sea turtles and surfers just beyond the lanai. Very walkable location to smaller beaches, spouting horn, botanical gardens and the shops at Kukuuila as well as driving to beaches, restaurants and other parts of the island. We enjoyed watching the sunset views in front of the Beach House restaurant next door. The condo was clean and spacious as shown in the pictures and well stocked with basic amenities for our 5 night stay. Communication with the property manager was prompt as we had a slight issue with the AC which was quickly attended to. Would definitely stay here again!
