Beautiful property!! Loved the view from the back patio. Nice pool but hot tub out of order. Had everything you could possibly need in the condo. The only issue was cleaning staff could improve. Arrived to makeup on the master bath counter. Toothpaste on the faucet. Obviously did not sweep under the kitchen table or bar stools as there were a lot of crumbs. Would definitely stay again with the hopes that the cleaning staff does a better job next time.

This was a well-appointed property with three bedrooms and three baths, making it easy for everyone to have their alone, as well as, family time. The kitchen was great with practically every type of cooking tool. We were able to do a number of our meals at the condo, making it easier to keep costs down. The lanai was awesome and a great way to take in the start of the day as you have your coffee and breakfast. We also used it for our evening game time. The large table makes it simple to host a gathering or a meal. Although we did not use the garage, we used the outdoor assigned parking space, there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a roll-around cooler to make taking these items to the beach that much easier. Great location and amenities. Our family used the pool every day. The hot tub was out of commission while we were there, so if that is a game-changer, please check to see that it is fixed before booking.

Wonderful accomodations

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed everything about it. The description was perfect! The check in and check out process was very easy. I highly recommend Pili Mai 1C to anyone who wants to have a perfect vacation.

Perfect Family Place

This VRBO unit was better than expected, which is not common. Clean, convenient, very nicely stocked, including shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are top notch as well. We will definitely be back!

Immaculate Condo

It was in a beautiful Condo area, close toshops and restaurants, and a 4 minute drive to beach. The Condo was immaculate and had a nice pool and hot tub, great covered patio with views of the mountains. The condo had everything you would need for cooking ( supplies). While we were there only 3 nights it was a great stay!

Property is not only in a great location close to food options and beaches, it was a great size for my family and I. Space was more than enough for a group of 6 as well as super clean! Kitchen contained everything we needed to cook. The lanai was a plus to be able to sit out on in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Kauai has my heart!

We so enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai! Very spacious, open concept so we could all enjoy being together. Very clean, had everything we needed for cooking meals. Shopping, beaches all very accessible. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Place To Stay

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our overnight stay! It was conveniently located to shops and places to eat within walking distance. The only downside we encountered was we left a couple items behind on accident and I texted and called but never heard anything back.

LIKED: Safe, quiet and clean golf community. Enjoyed the accessiblity to the golf course. Since it's a community of residential condomiums, you would need a rental vehicle to get around. With a rental vehicle, it's easy to get to the shopping, dining, cultural venues. DID NOT LIKE: Was not informed where the information list of the condo was located when we checked in. We were looking for a booklet. Hence we had no WiFi and no garage access for Saturday 7/8 and Sunday 7/9 until we reached out to them for the WiFi password and the garage code. Had to call the property management/host to find out where the form was which was a piece of laminated paper on the wall. Then we lost WiFi signal for 2 days in the master bedroom and found one of the closet doors' hinges was lose so the closet door was not properly set on its frame. Contacted the property management Wed 7/12 and was told a handyman would come Thurs 7/13 to take care of the maintenance issue. The handyman never showed up and no communication with us as to why he didn't come. WiFi access was still not fixed. Had to contact management again to address this Fri 7/14. They sent a housekeeper over and then the smart TV worked but only through the phone. We checked out Sat 7/15.

This place is amazing. I definitely will be back. Clean, quiet, amenities were awesome.

Everything and everyone was helpful and very nice. Had a problem with the lock box but, both Wahines were fabulous in quick help. The condo is beautiful, everything you need when on vacation. It's amazing that they supply soup, kitchen supplies, shampoo, even have ziplock. Amazing. It was a very nice touch with my beautiful gift bag with chocolates and other things, Mahalo much for that. I will recommend anyone to stay here it's beautiful and amazing. Parking is great.

Beautiful Condo Great Location

This condo was so nice and clean with updated furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was provided, and communication was very easy with the management company. They had beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. It would’ve been nice to have a beach umbrella to borrow but it was not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.
