Okay stay, great location!

Great area, easy to reach everywhere. Staff were friendly but didnt speak Thai so this isnt ideal for helping with the local area. Room was clean enough but housekeeping never changed bedsheets despite having blood on them from when i cut my leg! No soap which is strange as you have to lean into the shower to get it and the whole bathroom is wet (no shower curtain). Balcony very small. Overall an okay stay but mentions online that you get access to a partner club etc. But that wasnt even known by the reception staff so a bit weird.

Terrible.

Horrible hotel. Staff are difficult to deal with, and rooms are small and dirty. AC didn't work despite changing rooms, and the place was infested with mosquitos. Would never recommend this place.

One night in Samui

Stayed one night before going koh phangan. Arrived early but they checked me in no bother. I've stayed in the behind the scene hotel club across from ark bar and a d recommend that before the boutique hotel.

There are 2 of these in Chaweng. This is the newest one. It was lovely. Lovely staff and well kept rooms. Good wifi. Beach 2 min walk away and Central festival across the road. Use this for directions. Taxi took me to the older one. Only a 5 min walk but with backpack not good

Good modern room, close to beach

Good location only 1 min walk from the beach and just off the main road for restaurants and bars. Decent size clean modern room, comfy bed and good shower with TV and air con. Girl on reception didn't speak English, so we had to wait while she found someone who did, so it took about 20 mins to check-in. First room they gave smelt of drains, but they moved us to another room with no problem.

terrible customer service

first of i booked at behind the scene boutique hotel and as they have pinned there location as the same establishment (they have two properties) i arrived expecting to be checking in at this location. I really pushed to stay in this hotel because i had friends near by. After what turned into 2 hours of debate and calling back and forth with management i was allowed to stay but had to pay extra, we debated for around another 30 minutes on this but they did not budge. I left and went to their other place only to get there and be told i was staying at the other place.... really! As it turns out they over booked so i returned back to where i began to be checked in... such a bad performance from staff and management. i really feel like they are greedy and clearly have no idea how to treat their guest. Unfortunately out side my room on the outer part of the building a cupboard door was unhinged and would catch in the wind and bang against the room wall every so often in competition with the loud music from the bars. booked for four nights checked out after two, still payed for 4 nights, just plain horrible, greedy management

Great location and service

After a very bad experience with the very expensive fair house hotel, i moved to this one. The front desk was much helpful than at fair house. i appreciate for her great help. Although the room is not luxury, i highly recommend this hotel for its location and service.

The staff is very friendly but it was a bit difficult to find someone during certain times. also we had a problem in our room because there was some water liquing from the shower to our room. The neighborhood is very noisy so if you want to rest it is not a good place but if you want to party it is fine.
