Amazing property with lots of amenities and large spacious rooms. We had an ocean view room with a nice view of the beach and pool. The highlight of this property is hands down the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything about your stay is to your liking. A special shoutout to Jane at reception and Kookai at Yangna restaurant for their excellent customer service. The one drawback of this property is the location and proximity to amenities/attractions. There are limited options for transportation and dining outside of the hotel facilities. If you prefer a secluded hotel away from the more lively areas of the island like Chaweng, Lamai or Fisherman’s Village, then this would be a good choice. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so on my next trip to Koh Samui.

A little bit of luxury

This whole stay was beautiful - the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, interactive with our children and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds and the views were fabulous. The room was spacious and well equipped we had a room which included a bathtub overlooking the ocean which was a perfect addition to our stay. They even provide a beach bag for you to use as you stay with them. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was amazing - loads of choice and really fresh - they made you fresh smoothies, made to order egg stations, fresh coconuts, anything you could think of they had it! I was sad to leave! Thank you for a perfect stay.

Best resort in Thailand!

Amazing resort with amazing on site amenities and restaurants. I highly recommend the couples spa that treatment left me feeling so refreshed and relaxed. This place was like a dream come true. Book ocean view if you can and you won’t regret it! Breakfast was amazing and varied daily which is great for longer stays. If I am fortunate enough to return I will stay here again for sure!

Beach is terrible. Only 5-10 day beds. Bottom is very rocky. Hotel located too far from main city restaurants. Property is inconvenient to move around due to hills and stairs. Lost power on three occasions. Ants in the bedding. Definitely not Hyatt experience.
