This 7 bedroom Sea Front villa is located is a nice quiet area of the Island Koh Phangan and is only a 5 minute walk to a local town called Sri Thanu. Sri Thanu has shops, bars , restaurants, massage shops and a 7/11. The town of Sri Thanu also has a nice white sandy beach. The villas sits on a hill with a beautiful view across a bay called Hin Kong.

The villa has 7 bedrooms, 6 bedrooms are en-suite with air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and large comfortable double bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have terrace and face towards the sea. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have private terrace overlooking the main swimming. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the ground floor and have views to the sea and our Jacuzzi. Bedroom 7 sleeps 1 person which is on the top floor with panoramic views of Koh Phangan. It is in a unique location and only a few minutes walk from local shops and restaurants. A perfect retreat on Phangan.

The villa location is ideally situated on the sea in Sri Thanu on the north west coast of Koh Phangan, one of the few remaining unspoilt islands in Thailand. The house has a fabulous elevated 10mtr x 10mtr open plan lounge/dining area with stunning sea views, the room can be totally opened up to bring nature inside with folding windows giving a stunning 360 degree view. It has a huge sitting and dining area with ultra comfortable furniture and beautiful teak floors and stunning beamed ceilings.

You can walk out on to an elevated seated area over the garden, perfect to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or a nice cold beer. All six bedrooms have exquisite marble floors, four are sea view and two are overlooking the pool and garden. All are fully en suite. Each room has flat screen tv with full satellite package, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning and fans for your preference. Beautiful handmade beds and wardrobes adorn each room with soft and inviting bed linen. Wi fi is available in each room for your convenience. The villa also lends itself to a seventh bedroom in the attic maybe suitable for a teenager who likes their privacy.

At the front of the house is a garden overlooking the sea which is just a few short steps away down to the beach. Or maybe you would prefer to sit in the bubbles in our jacuzzi facing the sea. In the spacious rear garden you can chill around a relaxing swimming pool which is covered by a traditional palm leaf covered sala this keeps the pool at a nice cool temperature, perfect for escaping the hot sun, comfortable sun loungers surround the pool to relax and enjoy the day. Beautiful Thai trees and flowers adorn the garden area another oasis of peace for you to enjoy at your leisure.

The villa has three full time staff at your disposal. Bed linen is changed every three days and towels as required. A staff car will collect you from the port on your arrival to Koh Phangan, the staff will also advise you on car/motor bike hire. We are ideally situated just a 10 minute drive from the Port of Tong Sala which is just a half hour ferry ride from Koh Samui. Ferries also arrive from Suratthani on the main land and Koh Tao. Tong Sala is also a bustling town, bursting with shops and a range of coffee stores, bars, shops, varied restaurants both tradition Thai and European, a gym and several Thai boxing stadiums.

A ten minute drive in the opposite direction from the house and you will arrive at the West coast which gives you the choice of three stunning beaches, Haad Yoa, Haad Salad and not forgetting Koh Ma with outstanding diving and snorkelling reached from a sandy walkway through the sea from the powder soft beach of Mae Haad.

A five minute walk from the house and you are in the endearing village of Sri Thanu with its shops, restaurants, pharmacy, a 24hr 7/11 shop also has an ATM for your disposal. A few minutes further and you are sitting next to Laem Son Lake a pine shaded freshwater paradise which has a fashionable restaurant/bar to relax and unwind. SRI THANU BEACH
On the far West side of Koh Phangan about 30 meters from the main road lies a small white sandy beach called Shri Thanu Beach. The village nearby is called Baan Sri Thanu hence why the beach has been named Sri Thanu beach or in Thai Ao Sri Thanu. Its got a width of nearly 100 meters and the length of the beach is about 500 meters. Its totally covered in white sand with a few resorts and restaurants at the back of the beach including Phangan Cove. On the right side of the beach you will find an inlet which the fisherman use to moor there boats, this also a supply route or run off for the lake which is further North of Baan Shri Thanu.Also on the left side you will see alot of rocks sticking out of the water and at the end you will see a small lighthouse to guide boats. Also on the left side you will find the late night bar called Three Monkeys, which is an excellent little meeting place for a few drinks. The lake called Laem Som Lake has a small river of water that runs the entire length of the beach, at the back part of all the resorts. Bridges all the way along can easily be found to access the beach from the main road and Baan Sri Thanu. The right side of the beach breaks into rocks with a path way leading to the next beach, which makes an interesting walk.

The water has a low tide and high tide which is common through out the Gulf of Thailand. During peak season December and January the water is quite high and makes very good swimming, low season, the water is lower and most the beach takes on a new look with under-bed of the sea showing for many months. The beach faces West so you always get a sunset and some really good ones do happen on this beach. There are a few restaurants on the beach including Phangan Cove Restaurant that all have comfortable seating for watching the sunset and drinking a cool drink.

Great beach for sunbathing, with refreshments easily found from some of the local resorts and restaurants. The sea is great for swimming during the high season and peak season. The bottom is partly sand and pebbles. Most resorts on the beach have deck chairs outside there resort to use on the beach, although the beach is not covered in sunbeds like European beaches. Massage parlors setup in small wooden shacks can also be found on the beach.

Overall this is a great beach, perfect sunset watching spot and its never over crowded. Safe for children and ideal getaway spot.
