The Villa fits outstanding for couples like honeymooners.
The over 200 sqm Villa is in an open style, surrounded by the big garden.

You have two private pools. The infinity pool down in the garden with valley/sea view and the lounge pool next to the living area.

All rooms are open, except the sleeping room with the big walk in wardrobe. Here is also the safety box for your valuables. The sleeping room is air conditioned, but you can also open the 2 glass doors (and let the wind blow) or use the Fan. For everybody who cant sleep with sunlight. I have special Dim-out curtains, so you can have a long sleep in the morning and or have a nap in the day time.

The living area is a 100sqm open lounge with a leaf roof (thai style), comes with 2 fishponds and the big lounge pool. From the lounge pool you can observe the sky or just watch movies. In the pool are 2 lying areas and a stone table. Also you can enjoy a underwater massage.

From the living area you cross the small bridge and enter the big kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, gas BBQ, water heater, fridge and freezer, mixer, rice cooker and many more.

Also from the living area you can enter the bedroom and the bath room. The bathroom has double sinks, a electricity independent gas heater (HOT Water) shower and bath tub with sea view. Surrounded by many flowers to give you a tropical feeling.

The 50sqm top roof terrace has 360 view over the Bantai valley, the ocean to Samui and in the jungle (National Park). This area is open and in the night time you can follow the stars or the eagles hunting at day time.

In the 1600sqm garden you will find many fruit tree and flowers.
For yoga or meditation you have a wooden platform at the fishpond.

I have fiberoptic Internet, so you dont have any problems to stream your favourites or work online.

ONE POINT... the garden is very big and need water and care every day. So I have some helper and they will come every day to water the garden and take the garbage out, check the pools etc..
That take around 2-2,5 hours. We can talk what would be the best time for you.

The Villa in the 1600sqm private area, with the garden, two pools, roof terrace, parking place is only at your disposal. In that area of the hill are only two more houses.

I will show you all the details at the beginning and if you want, I help you also to organize a scooter or jeep.

Of course you get a lot of tips about Koh Phangan.
If something happened you can call me for sure.

Important informations:

Bantai valley is named for a lot of parties, but they are mostly blocked from the hills around.

So your will mostly hear only the wildlife from the garden and the nearby jungle.

The last 150m are dirt road with some parts of concrete, for Scooter no problem, but as a car I would recommend a jeep.

If you feel not comfortable to drive by yourself, I can help you with a reliable driver.
