The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. The pool was very well maintained, and the beach is incredibly close, right at the back of the property. This location is so hospitable and beautiful it felt like a home away from home. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Villas are directly on to the Beach. Beach is stunning, and amazing restaurants and bars all along the beach. The check staff spoke very good english and gave very helpful specific instructions. We could have spent alot more time at this amazing resort. Lanta walking street was a 7min tuk tuk drive away to the shopping markets Also English speaking tour service at reception to help plan your tours. We loved our stay at koh lanta Beach Bungalow

Great staff, fab beach and lovely clean room

Great service from all the staff, so helpful and friendly. The resort itself was a little rundown in places. Also no signs to let you know for example pools were closed. There was also no obvious food/places to drink so even though the staff were the highlight of the resort the lack of atmosphere and signage let it down a little. Beautiful room, great jacuzzi and beautiful beach that felt like you had it to yourself at times 😀. Overall a nice little place.

Sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage vom Hotel. Allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An manchen Tagen haben wir am Strand keine Liege bekommen, auch der Pool hätte etwas mehr gepflegt werden können. Die Lage ist aber sehr gut und das hat für uns überwogen.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is right on the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we even received our room earlier than expected. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering something for everyone. The pool area had plenty of space, and sunbeds were freely available without the need to reserve them in advance. Overall, a wonderful stay – I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return on a future trip.

Superbe hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, la plage et la vue sont magnifiques. Idéal pour se reposer dans le calme. La chambre était spacieuse et bien climatisée, bien que le climatiseur semblait avoir un défaut car devenait très bruyant la nuit. C’était dérangeant pour dormir mais c’est le seul détail négatif. Sinon c’était parfait

Wir waren hier für 6 Tage. Leider hat es an 5 von 6 Tagen geregnet (Pech). Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt, dennoch wurde dieser jeden Tag von den Mitarbeitern gesäubert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück sowie das Essen in der Anlage haben uns sehr geschmeckt! Angrenzend zur Hotelanlage gibt es die „Mountain-Rockbar“, welche fußläufig über den Strand leicht erreichbar ist und für entspannte Abende sorgt. In der Anlage selbst konnten wir wilde Affen sehen und aus nächster Nähe beobachten. Beim Hotel kann man sich einen Roller ausleihen, mit dem man die Gegend in Koh Lanta selbst erkunden kann. Die Einrichtung vom Zimmer würden wir als schlicht bezeichnen. Fazit: Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück war leider ein großer Negativpunkt meines Aufenthalts. Keiner der Lebensmittel war gekühlt, obwohl es sich teilweise um verderbliche Produkte handelte (z. B. Salatsauce mit Mayonnaise, Eier für Omeletts). Auch die Früchte standen ohne Abdeckung da, und es waren sehr viele Fliegen auf den Lebensmitteln. Bereits am ersten Tag hatte ich mehrfach starken Durchfall (5x). In den darauffolgenden Tagen konnte ich nur noch Toast mit Butter essen, weil ich dem restlichen Frühstück nicht mehr vertraut habe. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das absolut enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an Hygiene und Lebensmittelsicherheit. Am ersten Abend entstand nach starkem Regen ein extrem unangenehmer, kanalartiger Geruch in unserem Bungalow. Trotz drei Anrufen an der Rezeption innerhalb von 1,5 Stunden kam erst verspätet Hilfe. Die beiden Handwerker behaupteten, es würde nicht riechen. Erst eine Mitarbeiterin aus der Beachbar, die zum Übersetzen hinzugezogen wurde, bestätigte sofort den starken Gestank. Leider trat das Problem jeden Abend bei Regen erneut auf, und wir mussten mit offenen Fenstern und ohne Klimaanlage schlafen, was kaum möglich war. Das Hotel zeigte keinerlei Interesse an einer Lösung und sagte nur, dass alles ausgebucht sei und kein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Sehr enttäuschend.
