Clean but a little run down you can tell where some things need to be fixed the staff was great and the room was clean but you can tell the hotel does need a little fixing. The room was good clean sheets and a good place to stay for overnight as we were. Nice and quiet and other than the room need a little work it was nice.

The price charged by the property was extravagant -$419 for one night for a nonsmoking king room. I was told it due to a nearby concert. All other hotels in the area were full as well. That price was much higher than the price quoted over the internet by Expedia. I feel ambushed by Expedia.
