We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side from Old City to Market Square and beyond!
- Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- Fireplaces are for decorative use only.
- There is not a Washer/Dryer or Dishwasher in this Apartment.
- There is space for 2 additional guests in the living room if you would like to bring an air mattress/linens! Maximum: 4 guests. - You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

Home away from home
Very nice apartment with all of the things needed to relax after a long day at work, play, or just to getaway. There were other people in other apartments, but i only saw one in passing and the noise level was great. There were trains tgat came by, but the room was equipped with a noise canceling machine so i slept well.
