This little house hasn't lost its charme dating back to the fifties. It is surrounded by a park-like garden with old trees. The large terrace is partially covered by a roof.
A kindney-shaped small water basin is the nostalgic eyecatcher.
In the groundfloor you are welcomed in a spacious entrance hall. There are a separate toilet, a wardrobe, a kitchen with an antique sofa and two common rooms which are combined by a sliding door. From the bigger room with the large dining table, the old piano and the noble tiled stove you can step out on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of modern appliances, even a thermomix.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

Spacious, well equipped house

The welcome given by Frau & Herr Hirt was wonderful witha full tour of the house and explanation of the appliances. I don't think we have ever staed ina house so well equipped with such a well stocked larder. The village itself is not particulalry picturesque (apart from the church), but it has plenty of grocery stores and catching the train to Augsburg or Munich was really easy.

My dream home

Wow, there is so much to say. We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, charming home. We didn't want to leave. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this property. Wir möchten unseren Gastgebern Fr. Hirt und ihrem eheman von ganzem Herzen danken. Sie haben uns so herzlich und nett empfangen, dass sie sogar einen Kuchen für uns gebacken haben. Der Kuchen war köstlich. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön. Zum Haus gehört ein wunderschöner großer Garten, der zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden einlädt. Toll war auch das große Grillen und natürlich durfte auch die Tischtennisplatte nicht fehlen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr praktisch. Ich kann definitiv sagen, dass wir wiederkommen werden. Wir möchten unseren Gastgebern nochmals für ihre Gastfreundschaft danken.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hunden. In dem parkähnlichen Garten können alle herrlich verweilen. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, viele Liege-und Sitzgelegenheiten, viel Schatten unter Bäumen, ideal für die Sommermonate. Mit den Hunden kann man vom Haus aus schöne Spaziergänge machen. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Thermomix. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und bestens versorgt. Von der Verwalterin haben wir tolle Tips über die Umgebung bekommen. Im Ort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker. Wir kommen wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt für klein und groß!

Wir waren zu fünft als Familie in dem schönen Ferienhaus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist und viel Platz bietet für bis zu 8 Personen. Abgerundet wurde 'die Sache' durch den schönen, großen Garten und die Tischtennisplatte, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Schönes großes Haus mit großzügigem Garten

Das Haus ist schön und bietet viel Platz. Due Küche ist toll eingerichtet, es gibt genug hochwertiges Geschirr, Wein-u. Sektgläser (nicht selbstverständlich), Kochgerätschaften aller Art inkl. Stabmixer und Rührgerät. Der Garten ist groß und wurde von unseren Hunden ebenso heiß geliebt wie das schöne Hundebett. Die Lage ist prima, 2 Bäcker und 3 Supermärkte sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Augsburg ist nicht weit, Landsberg nur ca. 15 Atominuten und der Ammersee ist auch quasi um die Ecke. Freundliche Begrüßung und sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Wunderbar!

Wunderschön und idyllisch für die Familie

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Haus und dem wunderschönen Garten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen wollen. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt, da es stilvoll und warmherzig eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch besondere Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Der Kamin bereitet auch viel Freude und machts kuschelig warm. Die Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr nah bei Geschäften. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Auf jeden eine echte Empfehlung!

Ruhige Tage über Silvester

Uns wurde ein ganz wunderbarer und leckerer Empfang geboten in diesem hübschen und liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen. Die Viermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht, alles was benötigt wird ist an seinem Platz, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Kommunikation sehr angenehm, im Haus ist alles durchdacht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der große Garten, die schöne Wohnküche, der offene Wohnbereich ist perfekt für zwei Familien oder Freunde. Von Feuerholz bis Waschmittel war alles vorhanden. Für uns genau der richtige Platz um ein paar ruhige Tage zwischen den Jahren zu verbringen, lecker zu essen, zu spielen, im Garten zu toben und gemütliche Abende zu verbringen.

Fantastischer Garten und ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit, die Kinder haben v.a. den Garten und das Kneippbecken genossen. Die Wohnküche ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - danke für die Radkarte und den leckeren Willkommenskuchen, Frau Hirt! Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeitene in die nähere Umgebung (Ammersee, Buchheim-Museum am Starnberger See, Landsberg am Lech, Augsburg, Radeln am Lech entlang von Staustufe zu Staustufe etc.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe (Supermärkte, aber auch v.a. die Bäckerei Müller und die Metzgerei Schmidt sind hervorzuheben).

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten bei schönstem Wetter den großen Garten mit den schattenspendenden Bäumen genießen.
