We call our condo "Rayong Hide Out" as it is a great spot in a picturesque and tranquil area. The condo is ideally suited for a family or 2 couples with an infant committed to their privacy, as there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The condo offers a spacious living, dining area, bedrooms and balcony. The building is located 50 meters away from the beach, no roads to cross and offers facilities as a swimming pool, tennis court, children playground, 24 hrs security, key card access, free parking and has WiFi around. It's a 2,5 hours drive by car from Bangkok via autoroute 7/36 or 7/344, the latter is a great scenic route.
A 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom, 230 sqm luxury breezy spacious beach front condo on the 8th floor with a huge balcony over de total width of the condo overlooking the Gulf of Thailand and several islands as Koh Samet. There's an outdoor shower and a sitting corner available on the balcony.
All glass windows in the living area have been extended to the maximum height. This guarantees during both day- and nighttime a stunning view, also from the inside.
The condo is an open floor type and beholds a kitchen with marble stone topping and a separate big cooking island, a V – shaped spacious living room with on the left and right hand side an air-conditioned bedroom and private bathroom (master- & guest-room).
