In unseren neu designten Kitz Apartments haben wir die traditionelle Holzoptik mit modernem Design kombiniert um Euch neben Komfort auch das perfekte Alpenfeeling vermitteln zu können.
Sehr ruhig gelegen befindet sich das Haus mit drei Wohnungen in der Nähe des Schwarzsees und ist auch fußläufig zum Zentrum gelegen.

Bei der Buchung wurde mir zu Beginn die Reisekosten doppelt abgebucht. Dies wurde mit dem Vermieter geklärt und zurückgebucht. Nach dem online Checkin für die Kurtaxe wurde mir der Betrag nochmals abgebucht. Auch dieser wurde mir dann zurückerstattet. Dies lag laut Vermietern, einen fehlerhaften Buchungssystem. Bei Ankunft war nur für drei von vier Personen das Zimmer vorbereitet. Dies wurde nach Info an den Vermieter zeitnah durch Nachlieferung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern behoben. Das Apartment selber war teilweise dreckig. Unter den Betten war viel Staub, an den Zimmerdecke waren Spinnweben, und hinter einer Heizung fand sich noch Unterwäsche der Vormieter. Der Zustand des Apartments im Allgemeinen war schlecht und nicht sehr gepflegt. Teilweise bröckelte der Putz von der Decke und was uns bei der Buchung leider nicht aufgefallen ist, man hat kein Wohnzimmer und man hat keinen direkten Zugang auf die Wiese von dem Apartment. Dafür muss man das Mehrparteienhaus verlassen. Die Wiese selber war in keinem vorzeigbar Zustand. Die Möbel waren voller Vogelkot und lieblos in die Ecke gestellt. Die Parkplätze für die Wohnung befinden sich direkt unter einem Apfelbaum, so dass es dort von Wespen wimmelte und die Äpfel auf das Auto fallen. Ich kann dieses Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
