Beautiful home and area

Was disappointed that I paid for early check-in and wasn’t able to get in until 2:00. Also the dryer needs some attention it would take us 2 or 3 cycles to dry a small load. Other than that will be looking forward to next year!!!!!!

Amazing views

The view alone makes this rental worth it! From laying in bed in the MBR, you can only see waves and it feels like you are on a ship! That’s how close the water is! The house is very close to the water and practically on the beach. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. House needs a lot of updates and a lot of repairs though. None of the windows opened and the screen doors were either broken or not there. The lights in the pool and hot tub were also broken. The decking needs work and the house just needs a lot of repairs from weather beatings. But overall it was the views that made this stay so amazing! From sunrises viewed from bed to the moon on the ocean - it was awesome! Wish I could buy this and fix it up! It was perfect for our group of 7 and 2 dogs!

House is super Dated

The location is great that we were oceanfront. But the house... Was dingy and just very outdated. It just wasn't the cleanest. Lots of updates need to be made and the exterior of the house is in need of repair as well. i would recommend they take the time to give this place some TLC before charging $1000/ night.

Amazing location both in terms of Duck and Beach

Amazing location, views of the beach from the house and a nice walk to center of Duck. House itself is spacious, pool and hot tub were very nice to have. WiFi worked well and it was nice to have the linen service and ability to have our pet was a major plus. The house could really use a deep clean and major updating. Mattresses are definitely 30+ years old as well as most everything else in the house. Would stay here again realizing the price is for the beach location, town location and not the inside of the house/amenities.
