Made arrangements for a very late arrival and a late checkout the day before. Arrived to find out they had cancelled my reservation 30mins prior to my arrival. Checkout was not good either they wanted to charge me a whole extra night just to get an extra hour on check out. Not very helpful staff.

The MStar is a nice hotel considering how old the property is. The room was clean, the lobby is nicely updated, and I appreciated the free latte machine and muffins every morning. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but it was a quiet place so I slept good. There are many shops around the hotel so you can walk to get whatever you may need. I rated it average because of the price and it is not a luxury hotel. The cost should be lower because of how few amenities there are.
