下関駅の裏側であるため閑散としている。 栄えている側の反対側なので仕方ない。 潰れたパチンコ屋がそのままであったり、周囲は風俗店もあり、すぐ近くには◯◯◯のビルもある。 寝るだけのことだから全く気にならないが、子供連れにはどうかと思う。 周囲にはコンビニ店があるが、飲食店はほとんどない。 徒歩圏内では行けるが不便。 車移動中心の人はあまり関係ないとは思う。
