Hot tub missed and spa service lacking
After two lengthy day hike, I could have used the promised hot tub. There was no outdoor hot tub. The indoor hot tub was out of order. The steam sauna was marginal while the dry sauna did not work either.
The carpet in the rooms was marginal, although appeared reasonably clean. I suppose no carpet would prove tough on other surfaces with so many guests.
