The principal bedroom features our signature Muddy Boots sleep solution — the luxurious Sleepeezee JESSICA Gel Topped Mattress — delivering outstanding comfort, pressure relief and support for a deeply restorative night's sleep.

The second bedroom offers an equally inviting double bed dressed in premium linens and elegant furnishings.

A complimentary Muddy Boots Escapes Breakfast Hamper is included with every stay, supplied with produce from our sister business, Eden Valley Produce, on Kirkby Stephen’s Market Square. Expect a light continental-style selection including bread, cereal, Longley Farm yoghurt, milk, juice, butter, jams, marmalade, tea, coffee, fresh fruit and free-range eggs, with gluten-free and vegan milk options available on request. All properties also have fully equipped kitchens for guests who wish to cook or enjoy extra local produce.
