Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café 400 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.

Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and hand-basin. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 10 m2 partly roofed, patio 30 m2, lawn 50 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake and the countryside.
