El uso de muebles contemporáneos en esta propiedad recientemente renovada se presenta cuidadosamente para garantizar una estancia relajante y agradable.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Nice welcome basket too. We didn’t have a car this time and the bus stop is right outside the property. Tescos is a couple of minutes walk and a lovely coffee shop the same distance away (Breakfast and Brownies). We would definitely stay here again! Thanks

We had such a lovely time in the Carpenter's Cottage during our late October stay. It seemed to be made for us five. It was warm, cosy, inviting, and it had everything tou need - it felt like you could move straight in. There is an attention to detail wherever you look, and if you like decorating your own home, you will truly appreciate this place. There are a couple of restaurants just around the corner (the Indian one had a very good selection of dishes), and Tesco Express is just a few meters away. You won't need it though, as a thoughtful welcome basket will await you upon arrival. Teresa is an excellent communicator, and it has been a real pleasure exchanging emails and messages. Thank you so much for having us!

Teresa was warm and welcoming, just absolutely lovely. The property was clean and cosy. Felt like a home away from home. Well stocked kitchen, and with two kids, the washing machine was handy. Toys and books for the kids kept them entertained. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Cottage. A proper home-beautifully furnished, super cosy and everything you could need. The owner was extremely helpful-with advice for things to do and helping us as we left some items at the property. There was also a very well received welcome basket of goodies. Everything was just absolutely lovely and I would recommend this cottage wholeheartedly.

Literally a home from home, Teresa went out her way contacting me before and at the end of the trip, she could not have been more helpfull and accomodating, welcome giftsd on arrival were an unexpected bonus, beds and bedding were extremelly comfortable, everything you could ask for and more supoplied in the house, great location too.

Beautiful cottage, close to all the area has to offer

We visit Heacham and Hunstanton a lot as a family and really loved our recent stay here. Plenty of room for my family with two teenage boys. Hosts were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. Would stay here again.

Excellent holiday cottage!

Had a lovely week in this cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. Directions and check in were very easy and communications with Teresa was very efficient and friendly. There was everything you would need for a holiday stay, the beds were comfy and everywhere was very clean and tidy. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. Nice pub within walking distance and the fish and chip shop round the corner was excellent! There was an Indian restaurant/takeaway too but we didn't get to try it. There were bus stops very nearby which would take you to Hunstanton and beyond and to Kings Lynn. Would definitely recommend and would happily book again.

Perfect Cottage

Absolutely excellent. Teresa has thought of everything that might be needed for a comfortable stay. So well equipped, lovely and quiet, but also well situated for the village and local shops. The information provided prior to the stay and at the cottage was also first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending carpenters cottage.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage!

Teresa is an amazing host, she thinks of everything, the personal touches make it so special.The cottage is immaculately decorated and so well stocked. Beds are super comfy and the wood burner in the lounge is so perfect for a cold February night. Will 100% be back. Thank you!

A Perfect Stay in Carpenter’s Cottage

We had the best experience from start to finish staying in this lovely cottage. The accommodation literally had everything we needed and more. Games for the kiddies, wood for the log burner, lots of lovely toiletries, a packed welcome pack full of goodies and much more. The lovely owner could not have been nicer; nothing was too much trouble. We really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again and we can’t wait.

Perfect cottage

I have stayed at many cottages but this has to be my favourite so far. So cosy with everything we could possibly need. Teresa could not have been more helpful and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The coastal buses passing the door was wonderful especially as my elderly Mum had her 96th Birthday the day we went. Hope to go back again next yr.

A brilliant holiday cottage

A lovely, well equipped cottage, we felt at home as soon as we set foot inside. A 20 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Hunstanton which is a lovely little seaside town. We had a great 5 day break and will definitely be back. Many thanks Martyn & family. coming back
