Situated in a park like setting, this 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom vacation cabin is located on the Old Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach for wonderful privacy. The rental cabin is centrally located to walk to all the conveniences in Kings Beach including Safeway, North Tahoe Beach Center, Spindleshanks Restaurant, and the shops and stores in Kings Beach . The cabin has been nicely appointed and features a rock fireplace with a woodstove insert, new granite counter tops, open floor plan, bar area, spacious bedrooms with one the upstairs bedrooms with twin beds being great for kids since it also has a flatscreen TV & DVD.

*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this cabin is 6 properties away from the Hole in One Cabin and Foursome Cabin with Hot Tub.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Love the area

My family and I had a great time. The property was in a great location. It was conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. It was very clean upon arrival. The property managers had good communication. One small improvement could be some more lighting in the living room for nighttime to help with reading. Overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful spot

Enjoyed staying adjacent to Old Brockway GC. Very convenient location and neighbors that we did meet were so friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Now if we could lower the outside temperature a few degrees everything would have been perfect ;)
