"Really lovely location in the rice fields! The staff were super friendly and helpful with organising transport and things to do in Ninh Binh. The location was a bit out of the way, but easy enough to get around via Grab. The breakfast was really good, with freshly cooked omelettes or pho each morning!
However, we did see a number of rats in the property - never in our room, but in the reception area and kitchen. Not sure if it was due to time of year or if this is a long term problem, but it wasn't nice to see!"
