Beautiful apartment with a view of the Kaiser

Our cozy apartment is quietly located in the Mühlbach district between Kiefersfelden and Oberaudorf and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The modern apartment, completely renovated in 2013-14, is ideal for 2 - 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 separate beds).
The occupancy can be limited to max. 6 people can be increased by 2 additional sleeping options in the living area (pull-out sofa). However, these are only suitable for children.

In an open living-dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher and seating for 6 people. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.
Our south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Kaiser Mountains invites you to linger.

- Storage room with washing machine and boot dryer, ski cellar and parking space.
- 5 bikes are available in the basement (1 trekking bike 28 ", 2 MTB's 26", 1 MTB 24 ", 1 children's bike 24")

Clean, friendly, great location, so beautiful

The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling.

Die Wohnung im 1.OG ist prima ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit 3 jugendlichen Kindern bewohnt. Obwohl das Kinderzimmer nur über das Wohnzimmer belichtet und gelüftet werden kann, hat es gut funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und sehr ansprechend neu ausgebaut. Zum Kochen ist ebenfalls alles da, was man braucht. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich. Die Übergabe hat auch sehr unkompliziert geklappt. Ein für uns sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Lage ist ideal, und die Wohnung wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr großzügig und modern, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer im Vorfeld war hervorragend.Allerdings gab es einige Mängel, die den Gesamteindruck trübten. Bei genauerem Hinschauen fanden wir Haare im Bad, einen ungepflegten Backofen und Papierreste unter dem Bett. Der Garten lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, und es lag Spielzeug vom Vorgänger herum. Zudem gab es einen muffigen Geruch beim Betreten der Wohnung und Krümel im Besteckkasten.Insgesamt hätte die Sauberkeit besser sein können, was den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigte, jedoch nicht unser Erlebnis an solches.

Sehr nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Schöne Wohnung, super für unseren Winterurlaub. Es hat dort alles, was man braucht, auch viele Spiele und Spielsachen für die Kinder. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad sehr geräumig. Man ist schnell zum Skifahren in Tirol (Ellmau und Umgebung), sollte es mit den Schneeverhältnissen nicht dort direkt nicht passen. Außerdem gibt es auch ein schönes Schwimmbad in Kiefersfelden.

Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht!!!!!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und tollen Urlaub erlebt. Die Vermieter kümmern sich im Vorfeld um einen, es wird einem immer geholfen und mit Informationen versorgt. Das Check In mit der Mieterin im Erdgeschoss war total unkompliziert. Eine total nette Frau, die sich den ganzen Urlaub immer um einen kümmert. Eine sehr saubere und total lieb und nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Es ist eine schöne ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man überall sehr schnell. Und die Krönung ist der Blick vom Balkon wenn man am Abend das Kaisergebirge sehen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.......

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten richtig entspannen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der persönliche Kontakt zur unten wohnenden Mieterin bei der Schlüsselübergabe und der E-Mail-Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!
