Nuestra Villa azotada por el viento se encuentra a pocos pasos del camino de la mundialmente famosa playa de 10 millas de Kiawah. El entorno es tranquilo y muy "Kiawah". Nos encanta la belleza de los edificios costeros de tejas enclavados en el entorno natural que nos atrae a la isla de Kiawah en primer lugar, y ha capturado nuestros corazones para siempre. Disfrutamos saliendo cada mañana con una taza de café a dar un paseo por la playa. Más tarde en el día podemos tomar nuestras sillas de playa y un libro y relajarnos al lado del océano. En algún momento cada día nos montamos en bicicletas para explorar la isla a lo largo de las millas de senderos para bicicletas que serpentean a través del bosque y pasan increíbles cabañas junto al mar y mansiones arquitectónicamente impresionantes. Nos encanta que no tengamos prisa. Sabemos que debemos tomarnos nuestro tiempo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la belleza de la isla durante nuestro corto tiempo aquí. No hay multitudes NUNCA. Incluso durante las vacaciones más ocupadas, estamos gratamente sorprendidos por la poca gente que comparte nuestra pequeña experiencia de vacaciones. ¡No hay otro lugar como este!

Clean and modern condo so close to beach

This property was well maintained and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The owners were responsive to questions and the proximity to the beach path couldn't have been closer. It really was literally a 2 minute walk from our spot on the beach back to this property. We especially enjoyed the woodsy deck. It was also very close to Freshfields Village. We recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable stay super close to the beach.

Lovely villa in beautiful Kiawah Island

We only had a few days to visit, but this villa offered a great location in an amazing, serene setting on the east side of Kiawah Island. The Villa was stocked with everything we needed for an amazing retreat. And, the owners were on top of anything we needed. We hope to go back and visit sometime again!

Loved This Villa

Everything about this villa is topnotch. My husband and I stayed here for a month. It was very quiet, no one else in the other three units in this building. The bed was comfortable and the furnished were nice.I loved that there was a nice collection of cleaning supplies, even stainless steel cleaner for the appliances. Most renters probably would not think this is a plus but we were here for a month.The shower is excellent, great water pressure.The washer and dryer are conventional and in their own separate room.We had space to store our bikes in the storage area beneath the unit. Locked and safe.Check in was easy and the extra keys were appreciated.I would recommend this villa to any couple looking for a relaxing stay. We are planning to return again next year.Thank you to Tom and Anne for renting to us.

Lovely Condo

Great little condo just steps from the beach. Perfect for marathon weekend because we were able to walk to spots around the course after the roads closed. Short drive to great restaurants and shops. Thank you Tom and Anne - we would definitely stay again

Wonderful Vacation Destination

The villa was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and truly was steps away from the beach, which we enjoyed every day. The owners made the whole process very easy and were very responsive when I had a simple question. We look forward to visiting family there again and hopefully staying at this property if it is available :).

Friendly hosts who are very helpful. Villa was well stocked and very clean. Location is exceptional! The beautiful beach is just across the boardwalk. It’s a wonderful place to get away!

The villa was lovely. A very short distance to the beach for morning walks. We are bikers so enjoyed the path. It as a short stay, but will recommend it to family.

5 Star Kiawah Villa!! 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I just stayed here over the 4th of July holiday! Everything was perfect! Very spacious villa that is mere steps from the beach! The villa is clean and has been updated. The most important thing is that the bed was comfy!! No rolling, sinking or sagging!! 7 nights of great sleep! The villa had chairs and an umbrella that could be used at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots and pans for preparing meals. There was coffee and coffee filters and even some commonly used spices, which was nice. Having a washer and dryer in the villa was a great amenity too! We rented bikes and just tooled around the island! This villa is close to Night Heron Park that had daily activities for the holiday. If you do venture to Kiawah, make sure you check out the dolphins strand feeding at Captain Sam’s inlet which is just a short bike ride down the beach. It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! There are many online articles of when the best time is to see the dolphins We will be back to Kiawah again and this villa will be our first choice! Unbelievable Place Just Off the Beach

Tom and Anne's place was all that we could ever want for an enjoyable vacation on Kiawah Island. The Villa is only a hundred yards away from a boardwalk leading to the beautiful beach. We had an awesome week, with the temps int he mid-80s and a constant breeze. My wife loved swimming and floating in the breakers. I took full advantage of the awesome golf options on and off of the island. We were 2 minutes away from Night Heron Park, which has a cool little wildlife center. We ended up going on a bird walk one night. There are a ton of food options on the island, that we weren't really aware of until we went exploring. It was great wandering around and figuring things out without a plan. There is also a perfect farm stand that is just off of the island, called Rosebank Farm Market. It has a bunch of great produce and locally made products. Freshfields Market also has a Harris Teeter for any other grocery needs. The villa has all you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was perfect for us, as we cooked almost every night without issue. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was an great layout to relax and watch TV after a long day of activities. Tom was very responsive to a few questions we had, and made things extremely easy when checking in/out. We highly recommend their Villa and hope we have the opportunity to stay with them again.

Relaxing week on Kiawah

Enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was nice. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything we needed, although I didn’t do any cooking. We ate our meals at Freshfields. Close walk to the beach, which was very nice. We had 3 or 4 deer in our parking lot in front of the villa one evening. I saw a pool in the park close by, probably in walking distance. However, there was one thing that I can say, the livingroom furniture could use an update in my opinion. The couch was fine but the side chairs was really not comfortable enough to spend anytime sitting in. I brought a chair from the deck in to use while watching TV and it was much more comfortable. Overall, I was an enjoyable experience. Host was nice and friendly.

Perfect Villa in Kiawah

I was in Kiawah for a friend's wedding and stayed for an entire week. This was the perfect place to stay- SO close to the beach, more space than I anticipated, and very clean. Communication from Tom was fantastic, and when a beach chair broke during our stay it was replaced (not expected and very kind!). Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place for your Kiawah vacation!

Awesome

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and next to Night Heron Park. Tom was quick to reply to our questions and everything was perfect. No frills but had everything you need for a wonderful stay at Kiawah. Please note guest do not have access to pools and you will need to login to your own tv streaming service. I will gladly give those up for the awesome value this condo gives. We will definitely book here again.

Lovely home away from home.

We were privileged to stay 2 weeks at Tom and Anne's lovely villa and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa is so cozy and welcoming and offered everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is awesome, just a bike ride from all the amazing things nature has to offer and a very short walk to the beach. 2nd time here!

Very relaxing and soothing stay at this clean, well appointed villa! Tom is so wonderful to communicate with and has kindly put up with my vrbo snafu’s! We had just lost our very cherished cat 3 weeks prior to this planned getaway and coming to this villa and the 2 minute walk to the healing ocean vibes was just what we needed for our grieving hearts. Beautiful getaway

We stayed at this apartment for my longest friend's wedding weekend and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, clean, fresh, in a great location walkable to the main Sanctuary Hotel where we visited the pool and beach, and had very quaint pleasant decorations within. Overall a beautiful home with very positive vibes. Full recommend!
