This two story townhome with a private entrance provides ample space and convenience for your mountain getaway! This unique layout is sure to provide space for everyone. Separating the bedrooms from the living and cooking area on separate floors ensures peace and quiet for all. Located on the second level is the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The vaulted ceilings make the top floor feel much more spacious. Large open rafters accompanied by a beautiful stone fireplace give this town home a mountain feel. The kitchen and dining area ensure that dinner with the family will go smooth. With seating for six, 1622 provides everything needed to a delicious home cooked meal. The second story also features a large wrap around patio for relaxing outside.Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the townhome. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed. It also features a remodeled en-suite bathroom, as well as a private patio. The guest room provides extra sleeping arrangements and is great for the kids. Outfitted with a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, the children will be thrilled to all have their own space. The guest room also has a private patio as well as flat panel TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Quicksilver is an amenity rich complex. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the large indoor pool or hot tub. The clubhouse also contains laundry and a communal grill. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up every 20 minutes and will take you anywhere you want in Keystone so you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping, and night life. Check-in was extremely stressful and poorly managed. I was instructed by both email and text to retrieve the keys and welcome packet from a lockbox, but when we arrived, the lockbox was empty. Repeated calls to the emergency number went unanswered, leaving me stranded in the parking lot with my children. After multiple attempts through Vrbo and the emergency line, I finally reached someone who told me I was supposed to use a door code—information that was never provided in the original instructions.To make matters worse, the unit was difficult to locate due to poor signage. I had to leave my kids in the car and walk up and down a side walk with a flashlight to find the right unit. When I contacted the management company, they were not very sympathetic or helpful. Their responses were brief, lacked professionalism, and did little to resolve the situation or acknowledge the stress it caused. Overall, it was a very frustrating and upsetting start to our stay.

The property was beautiful and loved that both bedrooms had their own private bath. The home was fully stocked and everything worked. It was clean and quiet. I would certainly stay again! I did take me a while to find the unit, but once I did, it was awesome.

off season stay, shower did not have hot water on the first day of a two-night stay. Needs a modern can opener; we (including the service technician) couldn't figure out the 1950's model. Convenient gas, grocery, and liquor store is a short walk away. Management was very responsive and friendly. 5 minute walk to the convention center on a paved trail.

Stay away, we got bed bugs in this property.

First off, the condo's location is great, and the layout and first-level entry was nice to have. The condo definitely needs updating and new carpet and furnishings, gross, stains everywhere. We overlooked this really enjoyed our stay and would of left a positive review. Now for the really bad, my 11 year old son came home covered in bed bugs, he slept in the downstairs lower bunk bed. We took him to the Doctor when we got home and she confirmed these were bed bug bites, and he had the lines of bites that are very common with bed bugs. Contacted the property manager once we got home, he was very quick to dismiss this claim and said it looked like allergies. My son has no allergies to date, not even seasonally allergies. He also had conflicting stories of who he sent over to check out the condo. Eventually, they said they had Orkin sent out, and no bed buds were found, the Orkin paperwork looked shady and they could have thrown away the mattress and cleaned up before they had out Orkin inspect. Needless to say, stay somewhere else, there are plenty of nice, clean spaces in Keystone, also stay away from SkyRun Vacation rentals if you want good service and clean places!

Beautiful property closest to Keystone

Very cozy and accommodating townhouse very close to River Run. We loved the appointments, appliances, bathrooms. Property is immaculately maintained. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great while on vacation. Only issue is that the water heater has a smaller than usual capacity for a place that is supposed to hold 8 people. No issues if you time showers in groups of 4, so I am nitpicking here. Great spot for someone looking to ski in Keystone.
