The house has wood flooring throughout, cathedral ceilings with a colored lighting system, high-end appliances and furniture and a panel of glass sliding doors that open completely to the back tropical oasis area with a private, heated pool*. Enjoy a dip in the pool or turn on the lap option for some exercise. HELLO GORGEOUS! is creatively designed to maximize space and is beautifully decorated throughout.
The homes shotgun style layout flows freely from front to back. The primary suite, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room with 65" TV, ample space, high ceilings and light filled rooms.
Large sliding doors open to the rear lanai with a 6 x 18' swimming pool, outdoor lounge & conversation area, outdoor shower and beautiful foliage.
A spiral staircase takes you to the upstairs loft space, which is complete with additional living area, TV, full size bed, closet space, workstation/bar with mini fridge.
HELLO GORGEOUS! Is on Chapman Lane, which is just off Petronia Street. Petronia Street is home of some of the best restaurants on the island such as Blue Heaven Restaurant and Santiago's Bodega and is just 3 blocks from Duval Street, less than 1 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and 4 blocks from Mallory Square. The location could not be more prime for you to experience Key West! Although a vehicle is not necessary there is a single parking space in front of the home.
