All in pristine condition. 45 x 80 fenced in yard w/canopy for boat storage. The community has a voluntary homeowners park with a private sandy beach & 2 boat ramps, picnic/swim area. Centrally located close to Publix for shopping, banks, great restaurants, parks and so much more.
