Pleasant staff. Very clean room. Nice looking hotel. Easy parking. Breakfast was very nice, they were very busy in the restaurant at breakfast time and some things ran out but the staff did their best to keep on top of it.

Clean room. Booked a double but got a twin. 😩 Overall a nice stay on biz. Handy asda garage just beside the hotel. Restaurant across the road but closed for refurb. Recommend the place regardless. Comfortable and clean!

Room was good - comfortable bed, choice of hard or soft pillows and a comfortable chair to sit in to relax, watch TV or work from. Breakfast was disappointing - the Hash Browns weren't crispy but rubbery, the sausage was chewy - probably the fault of it being kept warm, by water, over an excessive period of time. Though not so economic, it would have been better if less was cooked and replenished with fresh stuff every 10-15 minutes.

We had a great 1 night stay on our way home from a holiday. Comfortable bed, all amenities. Plenty of room tea and coffee. Fantastic, varied breakfast.

The Holiday Inn in Kettering is very handy when we visit our eldest son and we really like that there are walk in showers in the rooms. This time the handle on the inside of the shower door in our room seemed to be broken and there was intermittent noise through the night from lorries from the back of the hotel?
