タバコの臭いが染み付いている

足を踏み入れた途端にタバコの臭いのする部屋を『禁煙』部屋と呼ぶのは、部屋を選択した客に対する配慮を欠いているとしか言いようがありません。元々は全室喫煙OKだったのでしょうが、禁煙の部屋を設けるのであれば、完全に臭いを除去するのが経営者の義務でしょう。
