We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Just finished a stay at this home in Kernville. The listing photos were accurate. The house is a 3 minute drive to the center of Kernville. Home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. AC was cold and welcome during the hot summer month. Honestly no complaints and the place was a great value compared to the local hotels. Would stay again!

We stayed in this adorable 2-bedroom house for our river rafting trip in Kernville and it was a fantastic base. The place is genuinely cute and comfortable, with everything we needed after a long day on the water.The AC was excellent it got the house nice and cold, which felt amazing when we came back hot and tired from rafting. Lots of parking was another big plus; we never had any trouble fitting multiple vehicles.The house was clean, well-kept, and had a cozy, welcoming feel. Location worked great for getting to the river, and coming home to a cool, comfortable space made the whole trip better. Communication with the host was smooth.Highly recommend this place if you’re heading to Kernville for rafting (or just want a cute, practical 2-bedroom rental with strong AC and plenty of parking). We’d happily stay again!
