This first floor condo is perfect for families or couples looking for a beach getaway. The open living room and kitchen has a new queen size pullout sectional, and Wi-Fi Internet. The master bedroom has a queen bed with dresser and large closet. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (full and twin bed) and dresser. There is a full bath with shower/tub and a half bath. Linens and towels are included. 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and beach toys are also available. At the resort you can enjoy the outdoor pool, indoor pool, play-set, basketball (with new pickleball net), tennis court, club house and much more! The space was perfect for our visit! The resort has so much to offer and the proximity to Goose Rocks Beach and the best ice cream at Goose Rocks Dairy sealed the deal. Seamless check-in and checkout process. Gift basket waiting for us. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay ! Jeff and Megan were great, the apartment was spotless , it had everything we needed including sheets and towels , which is huge plus ! They welcomed us will a basket of snacks and wine , a very nice touch . We look forward to returning next summer .

The owner was kind enough to provide a nice gift basket when we got there. It was very welcoming and a nice surprise with Maine blueberry jam and a bottle of wine. The property was clean and had everything we needed. They had beach supplies, including beach chairs, umbrella, and some toys. The amenities at the location were excellent. The kids used both the indoor and outdoor pool. Location was also really close to Goose Rocks Beach - five minute drive.

Vaca on Maine coast

We just completed a wonderful six day stay here. Perfect spot for visiting all the sites. I’m an OCD house cleaner and can sincerely say this condo is spotless. Absolutely. And very quiet. Relaxing. Owner, Jeff excellent communicator. Fast and thorough. Recs for dining spots were right on. I’m sure both he and Megan pulled some strings and managed to have an Aurora Borealis just for us last night :) It was amazing! Only thing keeping us frm returning is we live 3,000 miles away. Otherwise, we’d be back for sure!
